‘Beach Haven’ offers everything you’ll need to fulfill your Sandbridge vacation dreams! Enjoy the professionally decorated interior, direct ocean and beach views and beautiful natural lighting that fills the entire condo. The condo features 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The spacious master suite offers a king bed, private balcony access with a gorgeous ocean view. Wake up to enjoy the sunrise! A large walk-in closet, stunning private bath, including a jacuzzi-style tub , double sinks and separate shower complete the master suite. The second bedroom is outfitted with a comfy queen bed and includes a large desk for checking in on remote work. The third bedroom offers 2 sets of twin bunk beds and can sleep up to 4. A second large hall bath serves these 2 bedrooms. All bedrooms are equipped with new SMART-TVs, so bring your passwords to enjoy them to the fullest. You will find a large kitchen with a stunning ocean-view, just updated with a new refrigerator, microwave and wine/beverage fridge. Enjoy the coffee station with a Keurig one-cup, French Press and drip coffee maker. Stocked with ample dinnerware, flatware, cooking and bakeware, the kitchen is open to a large dining room for easy serving and clean up. Dining room table seats 8 and opens to the spacious living room with a wall of windows, overlooking the Atlantic Ocean! The living room is anchored by a brand new 55” SMART-TV with comfy seating for all, and offers easy access to the large balcony. Sandbridge Dunes Condominium is directly on the Atlantic and conveniently located to a market and restaurants. The building atrium offers a large in-ground pool with ample tables, chairs and chaises. Outdoor showers and bathrooms are available on the pool deck. Adjacent to your dedicated, covered parking space you will find a large locked closet, in which you can store the beach equipment you have brought with you (chairs, wagons, toys). All these condo amenities have restricted access to tenants only, including pool use. Please note: EV Parking is NOT permitted inside the parking garage. There are also signs posted outside of the building where you are NOT permitted to park electric vehicles. This is due to it being too close to the building. Any additional parking without signs is fine to park at. However, this additional parking is limited. Also, the indoor parking has a height limit of 6ft 4inches. Large vehicles with roof top luggage racks must park in spaces outside the garage. Tenants must use assigned parking space in covered garage if their vehicle fits. No extra overnight guests are allowed in the unit. Extra-wide, jumbo, oversized trucks must park outside the parking garage near the parking garage entrance. Beach Haven amenities include: New washer and dryer(Fall 2022), High Speed internet, Linens, Quilts, Pillows and Towels, Balcony furniture, BBQ grill on site. You must be 25 and older to reserve your family vacations! No events! No parties! Sandbridge Dunes is a non-smoking, no pet facility. A place for the greatest family vacation!

Great condo and conveniently located to the beach and local convenient store that sold great donuts. The beach was very clean and the access was easy and not crowded. Would highly recommend this rental for you future vacation plans.

Perfect location for our trip - 2 families with young kids. The beach is so close making the day flexible. Shopping, dining and ice cream within a short walk! This is such a nice part of VA Beach. We have stayed by the boardwalk previously and this was far better for our family trip. I highly recommend this unit! It was way bigger than the pictures suggested. Nice surprise.

Highly recommend this property. Definitely has a wow factor when you walk in for the first time. Unobstructed ocean views turned us from night owls to early birds just so we could see the beautiful sunrises. The dolphins pods were an added bonus. Loved being on the second floor with easy access to the stairs. Pool area is clean but there is no on site drink/snack bar. Duck donuts were no match for the Sandbridge market donuts. Plenty of Shopping/Food options 10 minutes drive but getting to the Virginia Beach boardwalk was 30 minutes away, a bit of a drag. If you want a low key family vacation this is a perfect spot.

The overall cleanliness of the property was good and the location was excellent. Perfect view of the ocean with beautiful sunrises.
The biggest complaints I have about the property was the master suite bed, the bed was small and in much need of a new mattress. The master room was huge and could have very easily have handled a King bed which is always a plus and I feel would make the place more inviting. The other complaint was the balcony door would not lock which would have been a concern if we would have had young kids with us. You should also be aware that you will have a code you need to use to get into the parking area and again to get into the elevator area and once again to get onto the elevator. Then you will have a different code to get into your room. Which at first was a little overwhelming, but you get use to it as the week goes on.
All in all the place was very nice and clean and we had an excellent week despite the bed situation which is the only thing that would keep me from renting this place again.

Very nice condo just steps away from the beach. We went with our family of five and another family of four and there was plenty of room for us. I would definitely stay again.

We really loved this condo. It was incredibly spacious and the view of the water was unbeatable. The place was pretty well stocked with all the amenities you need for a week-long stay. The access to the beach was quick and easy, and the extra storage closet in the parking garage was a huge help. With one of our family members in a wheelchair, accessibility was incredibly important to us. The pool was also great for the kids. The only few complaints we had were: the code that was emailed to us for access to the condo did not work. We had to call the emergency line when we arrived at 8pm to get a different code. Also, it was never made clear that there was a different code to access the parking garage and elevator. Also, the height of the parking garage is too low for travelers with SUVs with luggage racks on top. We had to remove ours in the parking lot before parking in the garage. Finally, the cleanliness of the condo itself was lacking. We found old goldfish, toys, and crayons under the furniture, and everything was a bit dusty. There were also several minor cosmetic issues and a few broken items here and there around the condo, but nothing that affected our stay. Besides those few things our vacation was wonderful, and we would recommend.

There were a few issues, balcony door didn't lock, washer didn't always work and our security code door died and maintenance had to come out but aside from that, it's a great location, beautiful view, easy walk to the beach and was clean. Would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful experience
Very clean, huge condo. The first day, the A/C was not working. It was a Sunday, so I didn't call until Monday morning and they immediately sent the maintenance man and called HVAC people to work on it. Had it fixed within a couple hours. The management was very friendly and easy to work with.

We enjoyed the direct view of the ocean and the ease of accessing the beach. The property is homey and had most things we needed.

Nice family getaway
The property is beautiful, sparsely decorated, the kitchen is VERY well equipped! Lots of space! We didn’t even use one of the bedrooms. I thought the cleaning fee was steep, the propert manager claimed the property had just had a deep clean but the moment we entered the condo there was an overwhelming smell of dog. It says all over the property no pets but definitely have had pets in this condo, unsure of this unit’s policy., we did not have pets. I have a five year old, when a toy rolled under the couch we moved the furniture to retrieve it the floor was disgusting, the rugs had animal hair imbedded in them abd had clearly not been vaccuumed. But despite the overall cleanliness our stay was EXCELLENT! The mgmt company was attentive when contacted and our overall stay was wonderful, would definitely recommend this property.

The property was fantastic in every way. Little bit of a hiccup checking in, but handled very professionally and timely at 11pm. So impressed with this place, hope to make it back.

October 2021 Stay
2nd time in this condo. Coincidence we ended up here again. It was cleaner than before! Wifi still horrible, could never work remote here! Condo redecorated with a beach vibe, cheaper more modern decor. Before it had a home feel. 5 day getaway, it served its purpose. 😊

The condo itself is a little worn down and could use some basic repairs (e.g., cracked baseboards and sections of flooring in master bath), fresh paint, some updated furnishings, and a thorough cleaning. Overall, a good stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Sandbridge this past week. The house was mostly as pictured, however there were a couple of recliners missing that were shown and we were expecting in the living room.
The views from this rental are exceptional! The rooms stayed cool, lots of space for each family to have privacy. Cabinets well stocked with dishes, pots, etc. Loved having the option to do laundry.
There are quite a few things that could stand to be updated/replaced in the condo. The couch cushions are ripped/coming apart/misshapen. The sliding door to the balcony from the master is off of the track and really not usable. Ice maker in the refrigerator does not work properly, the drawer inside is cracked. There are many pieces of furniture that felt weak, wobbly or have broken corners and aren't visually appealing. None of these gripes made the vacation any less enjoyable, however the condo could really use some new furniture. I don't normally nit pick, but there were just too many things not to make mention of them.
The pool was a great addition for our daughter. We saw it being cleaned daily and we felt like it was never too crowded to use.

Basic cable, no on demand, couldn’t watch movies when it rained. Wifi horrible!!! Some areas were not cleaned properly. Overall, Condo is very nice & we would stay here again. It just needs some attention & tlc.

We enjoyed the oceanfront view and took all our meals on the covered balcony. Even when it rained, we could still relish the crashing waves and smell of salt and sand. Kids loved the double bunks and the jetted tub which to them was a glorified pool. Wish the pool had been open but understand the risks during the pandemic. Overall, wonderful place in Sandbridge! Excellent location and amenities. We definitely will be going back! My only complaint was that the lady who checked us in wasn't wearing a facemask. Not only is this against government mandate, but it made me very uncomfortable.

The location was great! Views were spectacular! However, there was construction in the condo below us from Friday night to Sunday afternoon, so we listened to a buzz saw and tile cutting all those days. We had planned to enjoy the views of the beach and limit our going to the beach for non-prime time, given the COVID restrictions and the crowds on the beach, so the construction noise was a real bummer. Minor things broken or missing in the condo: towel racks, microwave (though countertop microwave is supplied), wall fixtures, missing seat cushions for porch furniture, etc. Overall experience was good.

This rental was perfect for our Thanksgiving getaway. The condo was much larger than it appeared in the pictures. Plenty of room for all of us. Since we were there for Thanksgiving it was important to have a full kitchen and they had everything we needed. We will use this rental again. The property management company, Beach Pros, was great. They have an app that keeps you up to speed with everything. All the needed info is there-codes, to-dos, local attractions and instructions for check in and check out.

Thanksgiving Getaway
The property was awesome and worked out great! Much larger inside than the pictures represented. We had 8 people and it was perfect. The balcony and views of the ocean were great to wake up to each day. The beach is right there so easy to go back and forth as needed. It’s a destination at the end of a 5 mile road so just know that as well. The property management company has an app and was great to communicate with making it super easy and having all the answers to your questions before during and after your stay. We would go back for sure!

June 2019 Stay
This condo by far is one of the best I have ever rented. Plenty of room and all the necessities provided. They even had a storage area with chairs and boards that guests may use. The beach is amazing and easily assessable. Not crowded at all! The pool is great too! This particular condo had keyless entry which is wonderful. I wish all condos did this. No worries about keys! Definitely recommend this rental. I would definitely stay here again! Thanks, D & H and family

Best Condo location ever! Know in advance most the appliances don’t work. Lots of broken pieces of furniture. Eating area needs more chairs. Not sure if the owners even realize the damage done to their beautiful condo. Need a bigger bed in the master. Nice to have the extra beach chairs.
