This house was located in a quiet neighborhood and was easy to find. The rooms were nice. The beds were okay, but not as comfortable as others I have stayed in. Kitchen and bathrooms had everything you needed. It was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the house. The kids enjoyed the game area in the basement. The house was easy to find & very clean. We spent the day at the Omaha Zoo, then visited the Bob Kerrey Pedestrian Bridge afterwards. Beds were comfortable & the house is in a quiet neighborhood. Would stay here again.

The house was as expected and more. There was more than enough room for all of us to spread out (4 adults, 3 kids). We even had a bedroom to spare! Nick was quick to respond, and of the instructions were clear and reasonable. The neighborhood was quiet, and you can't really beat the location if you are spending a lot of time on the east side of Omaha and downtown. Overall, our stay was comfortable and convenient. Would stay again.

6 Little Leaguers and 8 adults from MN stayed at the house for 4 nights. We had a great time. The kids loved the air hockey and ping pong table. The patio was great and we used the grill several times. The house was about a 1.5 miles walk to the college baseball stadium using the walking bridge. We made 3 trips to the park. While the house isn't fancy, it was very functional for our group. My wife forgot something meaningful at the house. She contacted the owner and he is going to mail it to us. She was grateful.

My friend and I took our five kids to Omaha and this was the perfect place to stay for two (or more) families. There was plenty of room and the kids could play games (a nice selection is provided) downstairs while the adults visit upstairs. Location is convenient to everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

This house was perfect for our softball tournament team! We had 10 teenage girls who took over the lower level and had a blast! The house had everything we needed and was super clean! Nick is fast to reply to any messages and questions! Highly recommend!!

This place was perfect for a family gathering to stay the night and go to the zoo the next morning! We loved how spacious it was - plenty of beds and rooms for everyone to sleep. It was nice and cozy for our family! Internet connection is not great, so TV struggled to stay connected… but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay!

At first glance from the outside, you would think this home doesn't seem like it can accommodate a large family. But just walk through the front door and get ready for your mind to be blown away. The home is beautiful throughout and highly functional. There are bedrooms on the main level for persons who are not able to traverse the stairs easily. Comfortable furniture throughout and nice appliances in the kitchen. Great place to stay for a large or small family.

Good location for enjoying attractions in Omaha. Stayed with two other families (total of 12 people). There was enough space for everyone to sleep and eat in shifts. There is seating at dining table for 6 and an eat in bar for three. There is also a patio with table outside. The fifth bedroom has a smaller bed so you can’t really fit more than one teen/adult, but it is perfect for small children. Overall, this was a great place to stay and met all of our needs. The hosts are very friendly and responsive.

We were a group of 9 girls in omaha for a bachelorette party, the house was perfect for all of us!! The beds were super comfy, the kitchen well appointed and nicely stocked and the location was great for all we wanted to do. I would definitely would stay again

Nick and Min’s property was a fantastic stay! We couldn’t believe all the room for our 13 family members! The living room/dining area made great places to gather to talk, eat, and do crafts. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioning was wonderful considering we had highs in the 90s when we stayed. I would point out there are 5 bedrooms, no 6th bedroom with futons or pull out couch as listed. The 3 couches are in the upstairs(2) and downstairs living rooms (1). They are for sitting only. We asked and decided to bring our own air mattress. The owner did ask if we would need one. Also a huge plus was the hot water and excellent shower pressure for everyone. Individual dishes were plentiful, but ended up buying some serving dishes (13x9 pan) and pitcher to adequately accommodate our large group for meals. Plenty of linens! A little hiccup with the cleaning staff as garbage was missed from previous stay in the garage, and some missing dish soap, but that was remedied. Overall, a good experience! So much better than a hotel stay. Within walking distance to the pedestrian bridge and close driving distance to the zoo and other sights.

This house is very nice, clean & plenty of space! We were a group of 5 ladies who came to Omaha. This house is close to the Old Market area in Omaha which was wonderful! Very quiet neighborhood. The living room had 2 nice size couches. The only thing to keep in mind that if you are coffee drinkers, be sure to bring your own creamer. I would strongly recommend a stay here! Thank you for sharing your lovely home with us.

We used this home as a spring break trip for a few of us friends with our little kids. We were able to visit the Children’s Museum and the Zoo (great location). The outdoor sitting area and dining spaces were great for us to have a large group. The rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable! Nick was excellent in communicating and helping us with anything we needed or had questions on. The instructions for everything were very clear and helpful. Great stay and amazing hosts!
