With a generous 5500 square feet of space, it stands as the largest property in the neighborhood, making it the perfect getaway for multi-generational families. Spectacular sunsets await you on the wrap-around decks situated on the 2nd and 3rd levels, providing a breathtaking view of Lake Michigan. And the best part? You can enjoy North Beach just a minute's walk from the front door without any stairs to climb! The first level of the house boasts two spacious bedrooms. One of them features a king bed and bunk bed, making it ideal for a family. The other room comes with two custom-built twin over queen bunk beds, perfect for teenagers and adults. Both bedrooms share a generously sized full bathroom. On the second floor, you'll find a beautifully designed open floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows that offer captivating views of Lake Michigan. Sliding doors open up to the wrap-around deck, creating a seamless connection with the outdoors. The well-equipped gourmet kitchen overlooks the great room, making it a chef and entertainer's dream come true! Additionally, this level houses two more spacious bedrooms. The master suite comes with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, while the other bedroom boasts a king bed as well. The third level is dedicated to fun and relaxation. Guests can enjoy the newly added pool table, comfortable sectional seating, and a game area overlooking the beach and lake. If you have the opportunity to book this property, don’t pass it up! We had the most wonderful stay at Out of the Blue. The photos don’t do the property justice. The house has everything you would need, is clean, comfy and is located the best location. Anne and Gibby are fantastic property owners/managers. We’re already talking about returning next year.

Our family had the best stay at out of the blue. You can not beat the views and proximity to the beach. The house was so clean and welcoming with everything we needed. We traveled with a 5 year old and 6 month old and the house was prefect for kids. We can’t wait to go back!

This was the perfect spot for our family getaway! The house is beautiful and well stocked with everything you need plus more! It’s an easy walk to the beach and a short drive to the shops (we walked most days). Anne and Gibby are very communicative and only a call/text away. We will definitely stay here again when we make it back to South Haven.

Our group had an amazing time at “Out of the blue”! The host was so kind and accommodating and the house is everything you would hope it to be. I was hosting a quick work retreat and every single person was so impressed with the home and great atmosphere. I will hopefully be booking this place again in the near future!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at Out of the Blue. The house was clean and well stocked. Everything you could possibly need was available. The amenities were that of a 5 star hotel. Anne and her team were beyond welcoming from the moment I booked the house to the day after we checked out. I couldn’t have asked for a better get away. We are already talking about coming back!

What an incredible few days we had at out of the blue. From the very beginning of booking, until check out, Anne and the property manager went above and beyond. Super accommodating, making us feel very welcome and comfortable. We were traveling with 2 new babies and a few older kids, and she made the stay so smooth. Location is amazing, house is beautiful and spacious. We cooked quite a bit and the house is fully equipped with everything you could need! We can not wait to book our next stay here!

Out of the Blue is an absolutely beautiful property! The home was cozy enough to have great conversational moments with my family and spacious enough to allow everyone their moments of relaxation and peace. We had an awesome game night with so many games to choose from. We were able to cook together in the modern kitchen without bumping into each other and eat at the large island and huge dining room table, allowing for elbow room. The sound system allowed my sisters and I to listen to our favorite music while my adult children listened to their music on the game room upper level. I could go on and on from the showers, comfortable beds and of course, the location! I especially appreciate Anne’s and her property manager, Gibby’s, hospitality. This was my first time using Vrbo and renting a property vs staying at a hotel. What an awesome experience it was! Thank you Out of the Blue team for providing great customer service and a home my family will have great memories of.

This home was exactly as described, and then some. Most places we’ve stayed in the past have only allowed limited paper products, cooking supplies, etc. No need to worry about any of that here! We had plenty of everything, plus lots of games/puzzles, popcorn, coffee/tea, pots and pans, serving dishes, cooking utensils…the list goes on…. The beds were comfortable, and the sheets were amazing. Only 2-3 cars fit in the driveway, but additional parking was only a minute walk away. The views were spectacular, especially from the upper level. We were impressed with the owner and Gibby, who is the property manager; both responded quickly and were very professional and welcoming at all times. This visit was for our annual family Christmas celebration, so when we arrived to see the home was even decorated for Christmas (with a tree too!), we knew the 5 star reviews were spot on. If you’re on the fence about this property, let me assure you, it’ll be one of the best you’ve stayed at…we’ll be back for sure.

My experience renting this property was phenomenal! Anne was an absolute wonderful hostess!! She was good at given us great information about the surrendering area for wineries and food…. She has everything you need and more! The best thing about the property was not only that it was beautiful but clean. This property gets a 10 out of 5 stars for me!!!

What a fantastic home! My family has been coming to South Haven for over 20 years and love the community, the beautiful sunsets and the simple relaxing vibe we get when we're there. This year's visit was a spur of the moment decision and it couldn't have turned out better. The host, Anne, was extremely accommodating, friendly and responsive and her property manager Gibby was equally fantastic. This home has it all, from the spectacular living spaces to all of the amenities you could want or think of! The location is unbeatable, with a view of the lake from the top floor that is breathtaking. As much as we enjoyed it this time of year, we can only imagine how great it will be in the warmer months. Definitely plan to rent this property again!!

The rental was in the perfect location. Owner and house manager were mazing and prompt in responding to all questions. The house was well stocked and had everything we needed for a perfect week at the lake. There was plenty of space for all our family members to play games and enjoy each others company while inside. The beds were super comfy! This is our 6th year staying on North Beach in South Haven and was by far our favorite rental. We will def stay here again.

Couldn’t say enough great things about this house, location and property manager! We had a wide range of ages and it was perfect for all! Olders could ride to town, for youngers it was close walk to the beach. There was just so much space! Also, they seemed to have thought of everything! Makeup towels, air fryer, plenty of tupperware… i could go on! We have been trying to find a spot in MI for years and i think we finally found it! Im sure we will be back! Thanks again!

This place is amazing. What a beautiful property. Anne and Gibby are so helpful. I've stayed at dozens of rentals and this is maybe the best! The unit was completely updated and so well stocked. We've never had someone that has thought through every detail like Anne. Great views from the place. Beds are comfortable. Setup is amazing. Just a complete and total wow!

Out of the Blue far exceeded our expectations! As we entered all were awed by the beauty. Gorgeously decorated rooms, open spaces for family gatherings, spectacular sunset view are just a few of the amazing perks of this castle by the lake. The pool table was also a big hit for all ages. So very thankful for all Anne provides for her out of town guests. Thank you Anne for accommodating our little ones and checking in on us mid-week to see how our vacation was progressing. Beautiful Week at Out of the Blue

Wow! This house is amazing. From being called on our drive in to firm up our arrival time, to being greeted with a welcome basket of treats, to having all the advertised amenities available for our stay (towels, beach towels, paper goods, etc.), our stay at Out of the Blue was our best yet in our 25 years vacationing in South Haven. Anne and Gibby were very responsive to our texts, and Gibby came out to the house twice on very short notice to check on and quickly fix a couple of minor issues. The view from the 2nd and 3rd floor decks is fantastic. No need to run to the beach to see the sunset — and the beach is only a 3 minute walk away. Location was perfect — short walk to Bunde's bakery and town and fishers in our group liked throwing a line off the pier just a few minutes walk away. We had 11 adults, from grandparents to a recent high school grad. Plenty bedrooms, beds and bathrooms for all. Highly recommend!

Everything about our trip was perfect. Anne and Gibby made sure that all our questions and needs were answered. The property is beautiful and could not have been in a better location. It was a great stay for our large family group and the host even provided things to help with our small children. The worst part about our trip is that it had to end. Great experience from start to finish. Gibby and Anne were great hosts to a beautiful house, in a wonderful location. We were able to comfortably have a group of 10 stay and every amenity we could have asked for was provided.
