There were 6 of us who stayed here. Well 7 including our dog 🐶. Kitchen was great, well equipped with foil and saran wrap which made it handy. Dog bowls provided. Great view. You do need to drive to the beach as opposed to walk to it. Bring your own coffee. The only downside we found is the bedrooms are downstairs, and the noise from upstairs carries loudly, so if you have people who sleep in, it can be a bit tough.

Agua La Vista is a nice home and the listing was true to form. The main complaint and recommendation we would make is about the construction site that is currently in the yard. Although the property management company alerted us to the construction at the house, nobody mentioned just how dangerous the area could be. One misstep and some major injuries could occur. Safety barriers should be installed. We would be happy to share photos of the area in question.

This is the first VRBO that passed my cleanliness test!!! The views were what they promised. The walk down to Dillon Beach was easy, but I do not recommend walking back up as it is all up hill. We used the parking pass to park in the cul-de-sac which was an easy walk to the beach which made our second trip to the beach a breeze. I would definitely stay herd again. My husband and I brought our 12 and 14 year old plus my 74 year old mother and our 2 small dogs. It was perfect for all of us. Excellent views, quiet neighborhood, house was amazing. My husband forgot his binoculars so was happy to find there was some there to use. We saw deer, quail and rabbits. It was so fun to see grandma and grandkids work on multiple puzzles. We did day outings but also hung out together at the house. We will definitely be back! Thanks so much!

From the moment we pulled into the driveway to the sad moment we departed this home surpassed all our expectations. We typically stay in at least a couple VRBO`s annually. ALVB was unbelievable. I`ve never experienced a rental property that nailed the mark on every single amenity. From kitchen utensils, pans, dinnerware, spices, can openers, they even had a strainer for our pasta. Fully prepared BBQ grill outback. A maintenance crew member (Jose) happened to be there (we did arrive an hour early). He ensured everything was working and even left a back up bottle of propane. Views are spectacular...beyond belief. The home is perched on top of the hill but close enough so that the sounds of waves crashing the rocks are audible through an open window. Dillon Beach and Lawsons Landing are both minutes away for tons of beach activities. Bring a strong kite! We`re already planning our next stay.

It's always risky to book at Dillion Beach. We had a beautiful view of fog for 3 days. The hills are steep, so you are not just going for a walk, it's a full on Olympic work out. The house is comfy and clean. And the kitchen is pretty well stocked.

We paid over $5,000.00 to rent this property for 6 day sover Thanksgiving. Our family has been renting homes in Dillon Beach for over 20 years and this one was large and attractive. the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was big enough for cooking the meal together.
Our concerns began the first night when we realized there were no cloth or paper napkins so we had to use paper towels. This was a surprise but not the only one. The flatware is cheap and fork tines are frequently bent. The plastic or melamine plates, cups and serving pieces are the only ones available so if you have concerns about ingesting microplastics, bring your own plates, glasses, and serving pieces.
The towels are of the quality of Costco cleaning rags, rough and small, so bring your own towels too.
The bed linens were fine but there is only 1 blanket per bed, under the coverlet or spread. We supplemented the blankets with throws from the living room.
We were disappointed that there were very few foodstuff supplies. One cup of olive oil was provided. We had to bring our own ground coffee, sugar, creamer and most of our spices. We also had to bring laundry detergent and cleaning rags from home.
We were disappointed to find the fireplace was not usable, as we had purchased firewood.
Not planning to return because our car was overloaded with everythig we had to bring just to be comfortable.

The stay was fairly nice. There were issues though. It started with the carpet being pretty dirty. The fireplace not working wasn't mentioned as we pick it to rent. The kitchen had a few issues, first the dishes weren't dishwasher safe so we had to wash them by hand every day and every meal. The butcher block counters had mildew by the sink and didn't seem sanitary.

It was good. We are four friends who rent properties 4-5 times a year to spend time in lovely places. Here, we were a bit disappointed by the noise and sight of construction next door which went on for most of our stay. The people working there were very nice, but it interfered with our ability to sleep beyond 8 am and enjoy the view. the place itself was fine -- the BBQ was out of gas so that ruined one dinner and most of the dishes and cups indicated they could not be dishwashed which was odd. But overall, it was okay.

Dream House!
we loved our stay, spectacular view of the ocean, SO COZY, great TV for movies and the best comfy family couch ever. quick drives to Dillon resort with a great restaurant and general store, plus morning visits to Route One bakery for delicious fresh treats made it even better. very quiet and peaceful, will definitely return! and our dogs loved it too!

It was foggy, but still a lovely place to stay. Also, we accidently turned an outside light at night and the neighbors are very sensitive to it. We didn't get the message until the next day so have to apologize for that.

Overall good property with useful floor plan and incredible view….well stocked kitchen, many thoughtful additions for pets, honey and thought out additions.
Pretty high on the hill and although easy to walk to beach- very difficult to walk back up especially with stroller ….
First night there …grilling on the deck n received text, email and phone call finally at 830….with complaint To turn off patio light. All the signs in the house say patio lights off by 9:30. Told the person who called that’s what the sign said and they seem to be uninterested and reiterated we needed to follow the 830 turn off….was a bit unsettling as we felt we were being watched n the house

Such a beautiful house and location. We came for a quiet 3 days and we got exactly what we were looking for. Well equipped house in a wonderful location. I enjoyed running down and back to the beach, watching the deer and of course the views and fantastic sunsets. Super comfy beds and couch, awesome TV and great kitchen/dining. Very dog friendly. We will definitely be back!
