Nestled in Moonridge, this attractive house for $1,029 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Absolutely amazing mountain retreat with show-stopping views! This is the vacation home you were dreaming of when you decided to book your retreat in beautiful Big Bear Lake. The entry-level offers soaring ceilings with a cozy rock fireplace that opens to the dining area and kitchen. Easy access to the decks will let you take in the views and mountain air while you enjoy your morning coffee along with the hot tub! The owner's suite is also on the entry-level with full bath and fireplace for those cold winter nights. You will spend plenty of time downstairs with the game room with a pool table, additional fireplace, and a great lounge area to watch movies or play video games. There are 4 additional bedrooms downstairs that will give you all of the sleeping areas you will need for you and your guests. There is an additional deck with outdoor seating for this area as well. Take in the beautiful location of this true mountain retreat! Now one of the few homes with AC!! *Disclosure- There is construction going on next door, hours of operation are from 8am-6pm Mon-Sat. * Per city permit this home can accommodate up to 16 people, 12 Adults Maximum. The maximum for guests and adults CAN NOT be exceeded at any given time. * Parking Details: Max of 5 cars on-site. (Does have garage access) * This home IS NOT PET FRIENDLY! If undisclosed pets are brought into the home without SoCal Vacations' approval: There is a fine of $500 per pet. The same way you are expecting us to answer all your questions, concerns and help you out with any issue you might have in a timely manner, we are expecting you to be respectful of the home and the rules. Most of these rules are enforced by city officers since they follow a code or regulation at a city level, some are just to keep the homes as perfect as we possibly can, believe me when I say, all I care is for my guests to have an amazing experience and for my owners to love our services, but for that, rules need to be respected on both sides. - Face-to-face check-in is mandatory by the city code, we will check you in at our office, which is in the Village, it will be quick and easy I promise! - Parking at homes is enforced by city officers, no more cars than allowed please, if so, let us know and we will figure something out for you. - Max occupancy at the homes is enforced by us and the city, you cannot have more people than allowed, at any given time, please do not lie to us, that would just make it harder for you in the end. - You must be respectful with neighbors, if you have music going on, it needs to be inside the home as low as you can talk with your family and friends without raising your voice, think no one should hear the music from the outside. Quiet hours are from 2100 until 0800 - Most houses in Big Bear Lake do not have a/c, be aware of this, summer can be hot but at night with some windows open it gets super nice. - Ants, our super friendly ants are an issue, not a cleaning problem, they are just around. If you leave food over the counter tops, table or sugar, you will have ants soon enough, you have to clean after each meal, not just for good practice, but to avoid them, we put traps, spray and all, but the little ones are fast and don't care about it. - Taking the trash to the clean site is a city regulation, not mine. but if you have issues doing it, we can offer you a service who will charge you to do it for you, let us know. - You must be at least 24 years old to book any of our homes. We are a family-oriented company and we do not allow parties at all. The city will enforce this heavily and so do we. Our cabin was phenomenal! We were only five minutes from the ski resort, which was awesome and so convenient. Everything in the home was clean and so welcoming from the second we got there they were 11 of us total including my 3 1/2 month old and I felt that the house was so accommodating. Everybody had their own space and settled in nicely. We will definitely be coming back!!!

Beautiful house, easy check in/out
This house is enormous and shows in person very much like it appears in the pictures. Everything is in great condition and it is beautifully appointed. Check-in is in person and a few miles away, parking was a challenge for the five minutes it took to get the entry code for the front door. Property managers were very responsive and quickly answered questions. This is an expensive property but we really got what we paid for and a large party will spread the cost nicely. Definitely recommend.

Good kitchen facilities, but could use more than 2 dish towels and more than1 large coffee mug. Bath mats needed in bathrooms due to slate floors. Thicker towels and more than 1 each. Quite drafty upstairs bedroom could use better insulation. Downstairs rooms noisy from adults walking upstairs even with slippers on. Need instructions for thermostat and TV’s. Had to call for help twice. Chris? was very prompt and helpful. Definitely need light dimmer in upstairs living room. We enjoyed our time and hoping that these comments will help make it more accommodating.

This property has really good view, it’s a bit isolated compared to other houses in the area. The house is clean and has everything needed for a large group. We enjoyed our stay.
