Situated in Rogers, this lovely house for $185 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. Summary: Come and enjoy your stay at the Royal Landing. Conveniently located just 1/2 a mile to get onto the Razorback Regional Greenway and less than 5 minutes to 8th Street Market and downtown Bentonville. This home boasts nice entertaining areas with an outdoor covered patio including mini fridge, long counter, furniture, a TV, outdoor lighted pergola with dining table, fire pit and lounge chairs. The single car hangout garage has a ping pong table, dart board, and 8 Steady Rack swivel racks. The Space: Bedroom 1: King bed with attached bathroom Bedroom 2: Queen bed Bedroom 3: Twin bunk bed and Cordaroys beanbag that converts to full-sized sleeping cushion Living Room: pullout couch sleeps 2 Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house and property. Access will be given via front door code on the morning of arrival. The Neighborhood: Quiet neighborhood close to trails, 8th Street Market, and downtown. Getting Around: 1 mile to 8th Street Market. 1.5 miles to downtown with restaurants, coffee shops, bars, local shops, etc. Within 1-2 miles of several grocery stores. Other Things to Note: Observation of house rules is strictly enforced. Upon check out, if there is apparent negligence to the house rules, we reserve the right to invoice your card on file up to $500 for additional cleaning and damages to the house. Interaction with Guests: Host is a text or call away.

Perfect spot for our family of 5 visiting the area. Close to Univ of Arkansas and were grateful to experience Bentonville in addition to Fayetteville. Plenty of room for older kids, stocked kitchen for dinner in one evening, and cozy areas to relax and be together. Highly recommend home and location.

There was a bit of confusion in the beginning but Julia was able to get everything back on track. We had a great stay!! The property is beautiful. The home is stocked with anything you may need and plenty of extra blankets and pillows! (Hallelujah!) I love the quirks like the sticker fridge in the garage and the backyard features. We will recommend as well as revisit this home.

We had a wonderful stay over the Christmas holiday! We loved the fire pit, ping pong table, and all of the other features of the home. Everything has been recently renovated and there are lots of extra special touches that went into making this a wonderful property for our stay!

WOW! Just WOW!!

WOW! Just WOW!!

Do you know the difference between a 4 ⭐️ and real 5 ⭐️ rating? If you use vacation rentals regularly - it’s the little things. This property is FULL of the little things!! And since I’m not a big reviewer - the length of this one should tell you something! Let’s talk basics. With only 1 review so far, we had to go on pics and they were spot-on accurate! This home looks BRAND NEW - open concept with large kitchen (all high end - new- utensils and pots/pans), large dining (seating for 6 but easy to go to 10) and large living room area. Decor was eclectic, thoughtful, beautiful, with a huge TV and electric fireplace. And wow - a HUGE back yard (corner lot) with covered, comfy seating and place for outside entertaining and serving … plus a lighted pergola (remote control lights!) with huge table for dinner outside! And the fire-pit -THIS pit was a rockstar! With chairs for 7! We don’t bike - but it’s a biker paradise with bike racks in the closed garage and a cleaning station outside. Lots of cool bike decor, including a bike-themed serving station/wine rack for entertaining. A cool place for ping pong and darts and plenty of games for rainy weather or evenings. This home was lovingly decorated and put together. All would have warranted a 5 star rating. But I’m telling you - it’s the little things … and every time I found one, I thought “wow - they totally get me!!” It started with the stocked coffee/wine bar with a high-end Keurig single/pot coffee maker and Every. Single. Thing. You. Need. For. The. Morning. Fix. You just have to see it to believe it!! It’s not in the photos and unless they are going for “surprise value” it should be noted as it’s own amenity!!! And the snacks (cookies and Chex mix - you know, in case you need a little something before you have to shop for food?). Did I mention I didn’t have to buy spices or oil or sugar? Even the “Junk Drawer” in the kitchen was stocked with small tools, WD40 and batteries - are you kidding me?!? Normally, I head straight for the fire pit when there is one - and you know what?! Wood and kindling! (And the long lighter is in the junk drawer!) From the “makeup” wash cloths, to the shampoo, conditioner and bath gel to the velvet coated hangers in the closets to the soap and dryer sheets for laundry to battery operated candles and soft throw blankets for the couch. Nothing was forgotten… If you’re looking in Bentonville - stop looking and book it! Well done, Hosts! WELL DONE!!

We really enjoyed this Bentonville property! The owner went above and beyond to make us feel right at home and happily answered all questions we had. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. We especially appreciated the bike racks in the garage. Precious home!
