Georgetown was such a cute little town and the house was perfect for what we needed while we stayed. Such a good find!

The property was clean and as expected.
The garage code did not work and the extra towels were all wet and smelled of chlorine. We were able to get in through the front door and had enough clean towels so this was a minor inconvenience.
Overall we were happy with our stay.

Stayed here with my family and went hiking. Very close to many activities. No air conditioning was a surprise but not an issue at all! Would definitely recommend staying here.

New, nice 2 bedroom condo. It says it sleeps 6 but the pull-out couch takes up the entire living / dining room when it's out.
Nice kitchen with 5 burner gas stove. Dishwasher and nice refrigerator with ice maker.
No dining room, just three stools at the counter by the sink.
It's in the middle of a construction area. Looks like it could be noisy and dusty in the summer but everything was covered with snow so not a problem for us.
You can use the hot tub and pool at the MicroTel next door. There's a nice restaurant microbrewery next door too.
Housekeeping was poor. There was stuff left in refrigerator and beds weren't made up when we arrived. We weren't sure about the clean linens so we wound up doing bedsheets and towels laundry the first day. There is a nice washer and dryer, but there wasn't any laundry detergent, but you can get it at the nice Family Dollar store in Georgetown.

Great location, right on the lake, with Loveland ski resort 15 min away, pool/jacuzzi and brewery/restaurant within walking distance! Georgetown is adorable with great places to dine and explore! Townhome rental is cute and new with nice amenities. The storm brought below freezing temperatures, high winds, and snow so having a garage was a huge advantage!

Great location close to activities we wanted to do. Quiet area but could hear the hi-way at night and had to sleep with windows closed which made it a little stuffy for my taste. Overall great place especially for the price. I would stay again.

Great Condo
Enjoyed our short visit to Georgetown on the way back from RMNP. The condo was comfortable, quiet, and convenient to restaurants, activities, and the interstate.
