Gorgeous home in a family friendly neighborhood, easy drive to the Castle Rock Outlet Stores, Denver, Colorado Springs, Air Force Academy, Garden of the Gods and golf courses. Use this as your base to enjoy and explore the Colorado Front Range! Let your kids play in the backyard while you sit on the patio enjoying the fabulous Colorado weather., or cooking up burgers and dogs on the grill. The Space: This is a two story, vaulted ceiling home with 3 bedrooms upstairs, family room and dining/kitchen on the main floor. Nice size backyard overlooked by the patio that has table, chairs, umbrella, grill and firepit. A great space to base your weekend, week or month long adventure in Colorado! Guest Access: This is a family friendly neighborhood with nearby parks, groceries, and other amenities. This neighborhood is a little over 6,000 feet in elevation, so tends to be a little cooler than Denver. You can park in the driveway or in the two car garage. The Neighborhood: Residential neighborhood with nice mix of younger and older families. Large grocery store along with local dining at the edge of this wonderful area (less than 5 mintues to drive). Getting Around: Residentail neighborhood. Within a few minutes there is a state park that has numerous hiking trails. About a ten minute drive to the famed Outlets at Castle Rock!

We stayed 6 nights here and it did become home to us. It is in a convenient location for all we had to do while in Castle Rock. Thanks to the owners who were pleasant to deal with.

We enjoyed a 3 night stay at this very clean well-appointed home. Plenty of blankets, pillows, kitchen gear -and a nice welcoming bottle of wine! 2 full baths stocked with toiletries -and great water pressure, too! Perfect location-as it’s a bit away from busy Denver, and Castle Rock has great downtown area. Would stay again!

We so appreciate Mark and Sherri for providing such a remarkable place to spend our vacation. The house was right around the corner from our first home we purchased in Castle Rock some 22 years ago. It was a perfect "Coming-Full-Circle" experience! We look forward to returning to Castle Rock next year for another vacation, and returning to live soon thereafter. We had the pleasure to stay in this amazing home while competing at Colorado Horse Park located in Parker. It was an easy 10ish minute drive to the horse show. What I appreciated the most about the home was the cleanliness. This house is set up to be a vacation rental (which I really appreciated). We have stayed in many VRBO’s, and these owners know how to do it right. There was no clutter or reminisce that someone else lived here, for example someone else’s clothes in the closet. All the dishes and cookware were spotless and very well organized. It was so nice to have a beautiful fenced backyard where you could admire the numerous double rainbows in the sky on a regular basis. This was a very safe family neighborhood. Everyone was so inviting and friendly! The town was very cute, and everything was very easy to get to. I couldn’t have asked for a better location. I really hope we can spend another two weeks next summer in Colorado!

We were in Castle Rock visiting family and wanted a place where we could stretch our legs. This property was great. Very clean, had everything we needed (including a washer and dryer!) and the host was very responsive and easy to work with. The location is convenient to the highway and the neighborhood has great parks and trails as well. Would stay again!

We enjoyed staying here. The property is clean and comfortable. Our visit was to go out daily to various nearby destinations, and everything was within a reasonable and convenient distance. We slept comfortably, and awakened ready to go. Just what we expected. Thanks to the very responsive and helpful hosts!

We had a very special family get together at Mark and Sheri’s beautiful home. These owners have gone to great lengths to ensure that no detail is overlooked. Their home is so well stocked and organized with everything you could possibly want and more…like the complimentary bottle of wine and bottled water to welcome their guests. The home is very well maintained, and the back yard is landscaped so nicely. We really enjoyed the patio seating! These hosts were extremely good with communication. Even when we encountered an accidental issue during our stay (which was totally our fault and no fault of theirs) Mark responded immediately and was so kind and helpful. We can’t say enough about how wonderful our stay was. These hosts are so professional and go above and beyond any vrbo rental we’ve stayed at in the past. Zero complaints. We’d give them 10 stars if we could! We will definitely be repeat guests at this property.
