This spacious home has a large open lounge area with a reverse cycle air-conditioner, dining room with ocean views and a large kitchen with a dishwasher. Located on the ground floor is the laundry with washing machine andan additional toilet and shower. The laundry also provides access also to the large backyard - great area for the kids. Upstairs features three bedrooms; one with a queen and the other two with two single beds as well as the bathroom, lounge room, dining area, and kitchen. There is also a double garage available for guests use. This property does not provide personal linen - sheets, towels, tea towels.
