About this house rental

Nestled in Surf City, this lovely house for $862 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Coming in 2024: 4 bedroom and 2 bath addition.... This (now) spacious 7 bedroom 4 bath second row, reverse floorplan home sleeps up to 16 comfortably and allows you to bring your fur baby.  Your vacation rental is located just 1.5 miles north of the Surf City high rise bridge, which means you are conveniently located to restaurants, shops and the grocery store. Sweet Dreams: More information coming soon... Queen master bedroom with attached bath & deck access Queen and twin bedroom Bunk bed and twin bedroom New Addition: 2 bedrooms on the Top Floor - each with Queen Bed and TV; share hall bath with a shower 2 bedrooms on the 1st Foor - each with Queen Bed and TV; share hall bath with a tub/shower Amenities: Central air/heat  4 TVs with Cable App Wireless Internet Full kitchen with dishwasher & microwave  Washer/Dryer 2 covered porches with furniture 2 sundecks with furniture  Fenced yard  Additional Property Notes: $200 Non-Refundable Fee per Dog - max number allowed is 2. Sorry, cats are not allowed. Easy beach access.  Linens (bed & bath) are NOT included but are available for an additional fee.  Trip Preparation: TOWELS, SHEETS, TOILET PAPER, TRASH BAGS, LAUNDRY/DISH SOAP ETC. ARE NOT INCLUDED. Please read below. Rental homes with Ward Realty all have minimum standards to make your stay be as close to home away from home as possible. All of our rentals include fully equipped kitchens, basic small appliances (microwaves, coffee makers, toasters, blenders), pillows, comforters/bedspreads, television(s), central heating/air, iron/ironing board and much more!
