The house provided a great place for our family to stay. There is 2 queen beds and 4 double beds. I found the bathrooms were not very clean.

The vent above the stove was very noisy.
We were 12 people so the house was a good fit.
We enjoyed our stay and would go back again.

The location was good, nice quiet location.
The house was spacious, enough room for our family with a nice area downstairs for the kids. Host was responsive when we needed extra garbage bags.
... This place definitely needs a thorough clean. The oven was filthy, I wiped out the drawer under the oven because we would be using the cookware that was stored there. The kitchen supplies need to be updated. Most of the bakeware are from the dollar store and there are not enough pans for a group of people. The light fixtures had bugs in them and the air return vents were so dirty they were black. The garbage bin outside was overflowing upon our arrival. There is no shade umbrella on the deck so we couldn't sit out there as it was a hot week. The yard is unkept. The kitchen table is small considering the house can sleep 12. You don't have to look too hard to see that the house was painted very poorly, paint drips on white baseboards, even some green painters tape left on window sill. And lots of areas where it wasn't masked off.
We have rented other places and have always had a clean space. It took me a while to post my review because I am not a complainer but I felt this needs to be said.
We did have a nice stay despite the condition of the house because our family was together.

Cleanliness of the house and yard was very poor - dust on the railing bases immediately visible on entry to the house; oven so dirty that when tried to use it, billowed black smoke; fridge freezer almost impossible to open and once open, bits of old dried ice cream on the base; kitchen sink plug doesn’t seal either sink so unable to wash dishes in a sink of water; dark long hairs found inside the sheets on 3 of the beds; showers were not clean; back yard full of unsightly knee-high weeds (property owner had them cut down while we were there); overflowing garbage can parked on the driveway in front of the house the entire time of our stay. Overall, a VERY POOR INITIAL impression on arrival to the property and the uncleanliness inside confirmed that poor first impression. This property needs to be THOROUGHLY CLEANED top to bottom!! I cannot recommend it to anyone in its present state. The space available in the house was great and would have so much more enjoyable if it had been clean.

We were there for a short stay for our sons wedding. This house was nice and spacious. It accommodated our big family. Parking for 3 cars. Good location.

The location was beautiful, quiet, and safe. The home was very clean and lots of space. The only problem was there wasn’t enough towels and toilet paper left out. Once we needed more towels we contacted the owner and they were at the house within an hour. Overall great place to stay!

Was a clean and spacious property, lots of room to sleep or to sit around in the kitchen and living room. Check in was with door code so flexible check in time which was nice.

We appreciated the many bedrooms(6) and bathrooms (3) for our whole family coming together for a week. There was ample space for all including a nice deck outside for eating and visiting. The house is in fairly good shape. Adequate plates and glasses were available though more cutlery and serving dishes could be helpful. The cookware also needs updating as the nonstick coating is noticeably breaking down. Screens were missing for the living room windows and kitchen windows. These will become important when mosquito season hits. They were present on the bedroom windows, however. Other than these things, we were quite satisfied.

We were happy to find a listing with 6 bedrooms and 3 baths. It was in a nice neighborhood. The owner was very responsive. The house has great potential, but is in need of a good deep cleaning and an updates to the kitchen stove and dining furniture. The price was reasonable

We were comfortable here. Kitchen could use a bit of TLC and more tea towels and a dish cloth or too. Your new blinds are so awesome keep up the good work in the TLC department.

Host easy to communicate with and house was generally clean. Good place for larger group. Nice open concept upstairs. 4 beds are twin not queens. Good location.

Spacious home in a very nice area of Saskatoon. Plenty of room for our whole family. Communication with the host was fantastic. We were extra pleased when he had the snow cleared from the driveway Christmas morning. Would definitely stay there again!

This property worked out great for us. We had 3 families (6 adults, 4 kids) and there was more than enough space for all of.us!

The house on the outside was great. As soon as we walked in, there was a strong cleaning chemical smell that was very over powering, the floors were very stick. Although we barely stayed at the house we found that each bed had black hairs all over the white sheets, the master room had a red stain, one bedroom (upstairs) had stained pillow cases.
Lastly, the listing did not mention cameras inside the house. This made some of us uncomfortable. We understand the cameras outside, but found the inside a privacy issue.

It was an excellent stay; the house was large, with three rooms on the main floor and three more in the basement. In addition, the kitchen is compact and well-equipped.
Nabin is an excellent host, he responds quick and is always available. So far, he's been the best host I've ever met. I was quite impressed with how he handled the issue.
