About this house rental

Located in Sandy Point, this attractive house for $440 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Two storey beach house just minutes walk from the local surf beach. Fully fenced property with heating and air conditioning, carport and outdoor shower for after the beach. Great for families or a group of couples to relax. Top Level: 2 x living areas, separate toilet, bathroom (bath and shower), kitchen, 2 x bedrooms (queen bed in each). Bottom level: Laundry (washer and dryer), 1 x bedroom (queen bed), 1 x bedroom (2 x single bunks), 1 bathroom (toilet and shower.) If you require bed linen and towels there is an extra charge of $40/room paid by direct deposit to our bank account. (Not charged through Stayz). Otherwise, you can supply your own bed linen (sheets, pillow cases) and towels if preferred. View local wildlife: Wombats, koalas and echidnas are some of the locals who may visit occasionally. Enjoy time hidden away in the house, on the surf beach, in the calm waters of Shallow inlet, at the park, a visit to the general store, bring your gear to surf, fish or swim, walk around the town or bring a bike and ride to enjoy the area.

If your looking for a beach house close to the beach, this is it. Its also really well set up for after you come back from the beach with shower and great wet area to change and de-sand. Good for two families with kids as well.

We loved our stay at Sandy Point - Bob-inn. The location was was perfect, only a few minute walk, with direct access, to the beach. The house was clean, spacious and modern. We had two families staying in the house and we didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. There was plenty for the kids to do, board games, playing spots in the backyard and a park just a few minutes walk away. Will definitely be booking with Tanya again. She was lovely to deal with and always replied to messages in a timely manner.

This is a great house for a group of friends to catch up. It’s very light and airy there’s lots of space and it’s position to the beach is fantastic. It has a lovely walk through the sand dunes to get to the most pristine beaches. We had a fabulous weekend there and would recommend it to anybody.

Superb communication with the owner/property manager. Great private access to the beach. Great amenities and design of the home for privacy. Little improvement required with cleanliness of the home inside and outside. Otherwise fantastic holiday home. Cheers Adam

Great location

Great location for someone wanting a quiet spot on the beach. Positioned perfectly between the two main beach accesses, the private access granted you a spot away from the crowds. Which weren’t many anyway. Recommend travelling early Feb when the kids are back at school. House was well appointed and comfortable and the host was easily contacted and attended any concerns promptly. Highly recommended.

It was located at the quiet end pf the main street, with easy, direct access to Sandy Point Beach, a perfect way to either end a busy day or early morning stroll. The Prom, Inverloch, Port Welshpool, Foster all within an easy drive, enabling you to explore the wider region as well as the Prom. Property itself was very clean, modern and comfortable. The host was very responsive to any questions and clearly communicated directions. A hugely enjoyable stay and I would definitely stay again.

Bob-inn is a well presented and well equipped house. Direct access to the magnificent beach made it special together with the outdoor hot water shower for after our swims. Highlights included the koala near the playground and the sunset views from the beach. Definitely a place to return to.

We had an absolutely amazing time at the property. The house is clean, neat, bright and spacious. Instructions were clear and check in and out process was seamless. We love the location of the property and managed to catch the sunset by taking the path at the back leading directly onto the beach. This is definitely one of the best stayz accomodation we have experienced. Thank you Tanya. We will be back!

We had a great stay. The owners were very quick and helpful with a few initial problems we had. The house is well fitted out, very relaxing. Great layout for families and good location to the beach. We really enjoyed our getaway at this property.
