The kitchen area is spacious and bright with large dining area, and comes fully equipped, along with oven, microwave, large fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine. The large living room has a corner sofa for 6 guests, and comes with tv with amazon firestick along with numerous children's toys & games to keep everyone occupied when they are not on the beach. The master bedroom, has a seaside vibe in its decor, and comes with fantastic views of the Ballard downs. Its furnished with double bed, wardrobe, bedside tables and a full length mirror/shelving unit. Bedroom two is a twin room to the front of the house, and comes with wardrobe and drawers, along with bedside table. Bedroom three is a small bunkroom. Bunks are full size singles, with side shelving built into the bunks. Outside the property has a driveway for designated parking, and a private garden at the rear with table and chairs. Rental periods for the property run on a Friday to Friday basis, with minimum 7 night stay during school holidays.
