KITCHEN & DINING/LIVING: The living room is beautifully designed for a cosy night snuggled up on the two comfortable sofas. There are also two comfy armchairs, a convenient coffee table for your snack platter, and a flat-screen TV to keep you entertained during your stay. The well-functioning kitchen has the following kitchen appliances: a french press/cafetiere, a fridge/freezer, a microwave, a kettle, a toaster, a dishwasher, an oven, induction hobs, cooking basics, and silverware. Gather your loved ones around the dining table and share a delicious, homemade meal together. The dining area is suitable for up to 8 guests. BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS: There are 4 bedrooms on the property. Two of them are furnished with a king-sized bed, while the other two offer a double bed. The bedrooms are perfectly designed for a relaxing and uninterrupted sleep. Also, there are 3 bathrooms available. The first two bathrooms are fitted with showers, while the third one combines both a bathtub and a separate shower. TERRACE: There's a lovely terrace, located on the top floor, where you can enjoy a crisp glass of wine while admiring the Scottish sun set over the horizon. Laundry and Extra Appliances The property is also equipped with an iron, an ironing board, a washing machine, a drying machine and a vacuum cleaner provided for your convenience. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole property. There are no stairs to the property and one bedroom on the ground floor. There are, of course, a few things we politely ask guests to note before their arrival and throughout their stay: - Strictly no smoking, no parties, no pets - Dispose of rubbish appropriately - Keep the property clean and tidy - Whilst washing up and stripping the beds at check out would be appreciated, it is by no means expected - Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 9:00 AM. Please keep the noise down and respect other neighbours in the building - Please remember to close all windows and doors when leaving the space - Careful attention to the keys is extremely important. Guests are responsible for any additional costs resulting from misplaced keys or locksmith call-outs. There were 7 in our group. We had plenty of room in the 3 levels in this home. We had a question on the washer/dryer and the property manager responded right away! We couldn’t seem to get the clothes dry, but I think it’s an American trying to use an European appliance problem and not a problem with the machine. Haha! Overall, comfortable stay.

We were a group of seven, over three generations, and this property worked great for us. Location couldn’t be any better. Walked everywhere we needed to go - great local coffee and restaurants only a block or two away. Nearby grocery for stocking basics. This might be American expectations, but I was surprised by some of the small things that seemed missing - washcloths, hand soap for the kitchen and bathrooms, paper towels, ample dishwasher soap, etc. All easily remedied on our end, but for the price we paid and the overall quality of the place, I would have expected these things to be included. We did have to ask the property managers for assistance a couple of times during our stay and they were very attentive.
