The open-plan living area offers ample space to relax and enjoy the views as the sun sets over the Atlantic Ocean. Large windows slide open to cool the listing with fresh sea air on hot days. Two panel heaters serve to warm the space on colder days. Both lounges offer flatscreen TV's with DSTV and the dining area can seat 8. The MyCiti bus system can connect you to most areas such as the CBD, Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay, Hout Bay, Table Mountain, the V&A Waterfront, Cape Town International Airport and even as far as Table View. Other Things to Note: This apartment is in a secure building and you will be required to submit guest information before arrival. No suitcases are allowed in the new lift, during normal operating hours or during load shedding, only old lifts are to be used. The listing has a garage for guest use. Should you opt to rent an SUV or similar vehicle which requires additional height clearance, it will not fit. There is however ample parking available in a parking lot across the road.
