Cong village and Ashford Castle are a 15-minute drive away. Leenane and the coastline at Killary Harbour can also be reached within a 15-minute drive. A little further afield are the larger towns of Ballinrobe, Westport, Oughterard and Clifden. These bigger towns can all be reached within a 30-40 minutes' drive. All of the nearby towns and villages are host to a variety of restaurants, bars and cafés, offering something for all tastes.
