Our stay was just what the doctor ordered. This is a peaceful, secluded little gem of a hideaway. We spent most of our time taking turns reading in the hammock, paddling in the lake and cooking and eating outdoors on the grill and lovely patio.
This place is great!

This was our second stay and it was even better than the first. Truly picture perfect view, amazing property & awesome hosts. The beautifully cozy cabin was stocked with everything needed! Great 25th anniversary trip, thank you Olga!!

We arrived late to our VRBO, and when we went down to go inside someone else was there. I immediately was able to contact Olga, and we found out that the app double booked the property. She worked through the night with VRBO to get help for my family. We received our refund that day from her. She then called back and offered her home in Seattle to us. She then messaged and offered us a discount the next time we are in the area. Her professionalism and kindness was. It unnoticed. The cabin, from the outside, looked perfect. Nice quiet, safe neighborhood. Hope to return and enjoy the property one day. Thank you so much for caring about our family!

My husband and I came here after our wedding and the lights they have lined along the walkway to the house made it magical. Its the perfect little size and has everything you could need, along with it being on the lake!

Reviewer Tracie B’s details of the cabin is spot on.
There are many fine lakes in Washington, but unfortunately, Collins Lake is not one of them. The surroundings look depressed, like a hurricane descended on the lake and a number of surrounding owners simply chose not to rebuild.
This is no knock on Olga’s place. Her cabin, amenities and dock are top quality.

Amazing place
Stayed here for two nights with our kids and we all loved it. Was easy to find, easy to access, simple check in and check out. Having the dock and the boat was great, we caught perch, blue gill and bass. The water was warm and the hammock was a great napping spot. Was also close to a clamming beach which we took advantage of. Had all the amenities that one could ask for. Thanks to the hosts, if we ever come back to WA, we would stay again.

The cabin is sweet but there are limitations to consider. First, the great: peaceful, feels isolated, well-equipped, super clean, the bathroom and shower are comfortable, great water pressure and hot water, laundry is nice, kitchen has everything you need to cook great meals, windows have great view and ventilation. The not-so-good: the path is long and steep - pretty, but watch your step; the access to the loft bedroom is by sturdy but steep ladder and the loft ceiling is VERY low. The loft is very quaint and lovely place to sleep with very comfortable beds, but you can’t stand up so everything you do has to be done doubled over. Also, the dock out to the lake was tipped badly (one of the styrofoam pads holding up had slipped). All that said, it’s a sweet little cabin, the hosts are nice and easy to communicate with (I wasn’t so easy to reach, unfortunately, as it took them 5 attempts to reach me and remind me my time was up, lol; I thought our reservation was one more day but totally my mistake!). Recommend this place without reservation if you’re physically flexible and are looking for a nice, quiet feeling of lake isolation,

I went here with my boyfriend for his birthday. It was everything that I was hoping for. The place was tidy and well organized. The lake is cute and it was a blast to use the tow boat provided to explore it. Spent most of the time at the fire pit. The lighting and ambience was amazing and quaint. The cabin has everything you need for cooking, cleaning and comfortability. Was so worth the experience and very much enjoyed our time.

Excellent stay. The cabin was really cute, well labeled and smelled good.
Everything we needed was there. There was a row boat and paddle boat there to explore the lake. A hammock and firepit available to better enjoy the calm and peaceful lake.
There were a lot of steps/stairs down to the cabin, so if walking or accessibility is an issue, this might not be the site for you. In addition, to get upstairs you had to climb a ladder. This was difficult for our 5 year old when she needed to go to the bathroom in the morning. So we had her sleep on the pull out sofa the second night.
The interior was super cute and decorated well. The bathroom had a really nice shower, the bath towels were super soft and there was a washer and dryer for our convenience.
The lake was amazing to explore in the paddle boat and the dock on the lake was great for sunbathing and relaxing.
Lots of amazing parks around the area.
Overall, really relaxing and pleasant stay. We felt well taken care of at the cabin.
