Once you occupied, It is all yours. - So convenient area to travel everywhere Boston, Chinatown, Harvard, Longan airport.. Bus stop is right at front of the house will bring you to the Adams village center train station in 10'. So convenient space to I-93 highway and Longan airport as well as to shopping malls or restaurants. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR EVENTS OR SOCIAL GATHERINGS...VIOLATIONS WILL WARRANT IMMEDIATE CANCELLATION WITH NO REFUND AND SECURITY DEPOSIT WILL BE FORFEITED. **NO Parties or Events**, including bachelor or bachelorette groups. My son is now living in Quincy and we wanted to have a Christmas all together. We rented this property and was very pleased. Very comfortable. Very clean. Exactly what it said it would be. I was able to bring a small Christmas tree and have Christmas morning like we were at home. Jenny was very accommodating and pleasant to work with. Highly recommend this property.

We needed a high quality spot for our company employees to sleep and live while working at our Boston branch for a week. 8 employees. They all reported back a spacious and clean residence and a safe and quiet neighborhood. We locked ourselves out of one of the rooms and the owner called back immediately and solved the problem. This is a great spot and our new go to. Super fair rate and excellent value.

We had a great time at this VRBO. It was clean, spacious, and we had no problems getting in or getting to downtown Boston. There are plenty of beds for guests and it was a welcoming property. We loved it!

Place was close to everything 20 min drive from airport. The house was in a great location close to all city transportation. We really enjoyed our stay in Quincy and would recommend Jenny’s place to all family and friends.

We booked this property for 1 week in July 2022 as we were in town for a wedding. The unit was great at first, however our experience went downhill quickly. On our second last night, we were awoken at 12AM to a horrible smell in the unit. We discovered the sewer backed up and the basement was filled with sewer water up to the stair treads. We went outside and discovered the street also collapsed in front of the rental. We notified the owners immediately. The city also turned off the water to the unit at this point. We had to pack up our belongings and get a hotel at 1AM. By 11AM the next day, we hadn’t heard from the hosts on restoration time or whether the water was turned back on. We had all of our belongings with us so we needed to decide to book a second night in our hotel to avoid having to check out and drag our suitcases and packages around town with us all day. At 5:26PM we were notified by the owners that we could return. By this point we had already booked a second night at the hotel and couldn’t cancel this. The owners will only provide us with a refund for 1 night as they feel we could have returned the second night. With zero communication from the hosts until the evening following the incident - I question how long did they expect us to wait to decide on booking a second night at a hotel or returning there? Where did they think we would store our belongings within that time of checking out at 11am and being allowed back in the unit?
