This comfortable and roomy Seventh Mountain Resort suite offers a great location with quick and easy access to Mt. Bachelor and the Deschutes River Trail system. Located just outside Bend, this home offers guest access to the resort's shared facilities that include outdoor pools and hot tubs, tennis and basketball courts, putt-putt golf, horseshoes, stables, picnic and barbecue areas for summer fun, and an outdoor ice skating rink for the winter months. The home itself features a well-equipped, full kitchen that is connected to a large living area with a small office nook where you can log onto the free WiFi for remote work or schooling, a wood-burning fireplace, and a smart, flatscreen TV. Outside, you'll have a patio area where you can relax and take in views of the forest. Things to Know High-speed internet for remote workers and students! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Basic, no frills unit. Overall, a good value. We and many of our family members have stayed in many condos at this resort over the years. This unit was less expensive compared to some of the other units. The furniture and decor could use some upgrades. However, the kitchen was well equipped, except there was no salt and pepper and the dish towels repelled water and left lint on everything. The bed was very comfortable! I suggest that soap be provided for showering. Seventh Mountain Resort is a great place for families. The resort staff were friendly and we enjoyed the resort amenities. Note: the key cards don’t work to enter the unit, only to enter the pool area. Be sure to read the directions in your email. You must enter the code. Push the button above the keypad and then turn the lock to enter the unit. Our next door neighbors scanned their cards and walked right in while we tried to figure it out. Also, scan the QR code that is on the key packet that the front desk gives you for resort info and info on checking in and checkout.

The shower water pressure and temperature is A++++. Condo is cozy and has everything you need to feel at home.

Not the greatest stay… bed was pretty uncomfortable, not totally cleaned when we arrived- bathroom garbage had someone else’s tampons in it, food left in the fridge and lots of hair around. Had to have my shoes close by after I showered because when I stepped out onto the bathmat I got a bunch of someone’s hair stuck on my foot as well as something sticky:/ Also a car key was left behind! We wondered for a second if other people were still staying there after seeing the key and food in the fridge 😂
If you’re not planning to use resort amenities like pool, etc I’d recommend you find a hotel that’s cleaner and more comfortable.
Amenities were nice, but the place could definitely benefit from a new mattress and new bath mats that can be washed because the ones there definitely weren’t clean.

Price and location were good. Housekeeping not great. Not enough pillows and sheets for all sleeping spaces. Food left on floor. Furniture in disarray. Towels were so old and stained from years of water and washing. It was a little embarrassing to take them.to the pool. Served our needs as we were not there much. Should let guests know they need to flip breakers to get appliances to function.

This condo was fine for us and we loved the pools trails and facilities. The condo was not stocked well (1 roll of TP for the whole week) bedding was also in bad shape. During our one week stay we had window cleaners, plumbing issues, and gutter cleaning all in one week?

We very much enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy, the setting was quiet and we had just about everything we needed. *Supplying basics in the kitchen like salt and pepper and oil would be very much appreciated.

Very spacious and clean. Lots of fun activities at the resort. Be sure to take the short walk down the hill behind the condo for a beautiful view of the pond.

This lovely place is in the most perfect location in all of Bend! The condo is warm and comfortable with plenty of room at the 7th Mountain Resort which is right off Century Drive. It's just 10 mins from the active downtown and Mill District of Bend and literally on the Cascades Scenic Drive. I experienced the most spectacular mountain lakes for incredible SUP and kayaking, and miles of memorable hikes and thrilling mountain bike trails.
At the condo I felt like I was comfortably at home with every convenience including a well stocked kitchen, bathroom (great water pressure) and an wonderful mattress that allowed me a fantastic night of sleep. I had room for my bike and ISUP without feeling cramped at all. The patio was so peaceful and sunny in the early morning listening to the birdsongs while I enjoyed my tea.
The 7th Mountain Resort property was full of activity and the well equipped pool area was a welcome cool respite from the heat later in the day and into the evening.
I absolutely LOVED my stay here and plan on returning to Tour de Bend's Fern Hollow each season to continue my adventures of Central Oregon!
