This space also includes a built-in desk and chair perfect for setting up laptops for remote work or schooling. Spend fun evenings in the community game room located within the Long Island Village complex, where you'll find Ping-Pong, pool tables, and more. And take advantage of the shared pools, hot tub, fitness center, and sports courts while you're here! Things to Know You must check in at the Long Island Village Resort Center to pay a resort fee. This allows you into the resort and includes two vehicle passes (two vehicles maximum) and wristbands. This is a $90 admission fee that will be paid directly to the Long Island Village HOA on arrival and is not included in your Vacasa fees. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

Property was great. Had its own dock and fish cleaning table, and very easy to get to and from channel to head out fishing. We would definitely stay again.

The property is so outdated. Very few things can b fixed to bring it up to date. The bathroom walking shower is so nasty the floor has black nasty look like mold around the title lines, also I notice mold around a corner in the ceiling. I did not want to shower there but I had to after putting on my sleepers. In the smaller room the vent is almost fowling down bc is detached from the ceiling just hanging. The place smells old that's my opinion. I will never book with ya again bc they are 2 many fees including had to pay $90 just to get tags for our cars that we had no idea till the last minute when we received a message that's deceiving.

House was great. Two of us spend several days fishing the areas. Was nice to be able to tie the boat to the dock. House was clean. Only things I could suggest for owners to address is overgrown grass and shrubs on both sides of house, was hard to find faucet to be able wash to wash fish cleaning table and boat. The door locks were a little hard to open. Other than that all was great. We plan on staying there again the next time we make the trip down to fish.

We came here for our 18th anniversary. It was perfect. Quiet. Clean. Well stocked. On the water. But don't expect to catch any fish if that's what you're going for! Just a few small bites. Other than that, it was great! The property manager was super helpful as well!
