Welcome to our cozy getaway right in the heart of action-packed Hunter Mountain. Just a quick walk to the slopes and the base lodges. Cozy Trailside Retreat gives you year round mountain access! Stay with us during ski season and avoid the hassle of the parking lots / locker rooms / expensive lunches in crowded cafeterias. Come home for lunch and hot chocolate... Return to the slopes anytime! Watch some Netflix, rest on a memory foam mattress, gather in the kitchen and living room. Enjoy! The space can comfortably accommodate one large family or two small families (Ideally 4 to 6 adults maximum only) We are sorry, the fireplace is not for use. Please do not use or touch the fireplace. It’s not working and for safety reasons and is disabled.

Great place to stay with a family including small children.
Very close to slopes (5 minute walk). Clean. Responsive host.
The only downside is the restaurants are not very good in town, so stock up at Tops before staying - but the kitchen was great!

Well appointed with a reasonable walk to the slopes. It was nice to have spices, paper towels, detergent already there (even though we packed this-many places don’t offer this!). The only downfall was not enough towels (6 bath towels, 2 hand towels) but we had a last minute change of people staying due a health issue I had. Kevin was great with communication with our last minute shift in who would be staying there. Enjoyable weekend for family & friends!

We had a great trip to Hunter and our stay at the cozy Retreat was perfect. The place was exactly as pictured, very clean and cozy, and walking distance to the slopes. The only negative was that the fireplace didnt work, we would have loved to have that on when we came back from skiing. Otherwise everything was great and we would definitely return.

Great ski themed condo . Appreciated the cooking utensils . Very clean . Very convenient to slope . Property manager was so responsive with our questions ! We will be back !

Was there with two kids. The Condo was immaculate, complete with everything you need. A gorgeous view right out the front door, and super convenient to Hunter/Tannersville. Would love to come back, and absolutely recommend to others!

Property Location: Perfect spot! Walking distance to the ski / zip line resort. Also across the street from a little park with a creek you can explore. Close to the local bagel shop and a couple of good restaurants. Also, Tannersville has everything you need and is only a few minutes away.
Also, it is centrally located in the Catskills. Easy drive to several great hikes and small towns (Windham, Phoenicia, and Woodstock)
Property Size and Condition: The property is perfect and very clean. Two large bedrooms and bathrooms. The kitchen is fully stocked and everything is labeled!!!!
Communication: Excellent communication. Reached out a couple of times and received an instant response. Very friendly and approachable.

Great place and very responsive property manager. Well equipped kitchen. Perfect for all ages.

We rented this condo for a girls ski getaway. The condo was the perfect size for our group of 3 (could have easily fit more) and the location was very convenient. The condo was clean and appointed with everything we needed. The slopes are only a short walk from the condo which we took full advantage of. The communication with the property owner was excellent.
