We are 20 minutes away from all major caves and trails. Luxurious, comfortable, entertaining for family and friends alike in a clean and safe environment which sleeps a grand total of 16! Each bedroom features a 40" Vizio SMART TV and electric fireplace, King or Queen sized beds, with 100% hypo-allergenic bamboo sheets on a pillow top mattresses! Open concept main floor features a custom-built farmhouse table for 10, gas fireplace with a 50" mounted Smart TV with BOSE soundbar which you can bluetooth to your phone! Half bath with over sized laundry located behind kitchen. Master bedroom also located on the main floor with custom-built King-sized floating bed with LED lights underneath, electric fireplace, and 40" Vizio smart TV with double vanity en suite bathroom! Unwind on our wrap around porch off the main level with 2nd gas fireplace, 50" Smart TV mounted above connected to a sound bar. Dining for 12, outdoor couch with table in front of the fireplace. A portable patio heater along with a gas grill also on the wrap around porch! Steps away you will find our large fire pit area with split log benches for 12+ to enjoy! The basement boasts a large entertainment area with an 86" BIG screen LG Smart TV with cable, pool table, air hockey table, arcade, and board games galore! At the end of the hall, you'll find a full bath with shower/tub combo, located between two bedrooms! In bedroom (1) you will find our second King-sized hand made floating bed with LED lights underneath, electric fireplace, and 40" Vizio Smart TV! Bedroom (2) features our custom-built Queen over Queen bunk beds with a staircase to easily access the top bunk, electric fireplace, and 40" Vizio Smart TV! Step outside of our lower level to immerse yourself in our 6-person multi-jetted hot tub with built in waterfall and lighting! Head back inside to our second floor to find an over-sized loft with two hand built floating Queen beds with LED lights underneath overlooking the main level living room, and massive picturesque windows! You will find a 3rd full bathroom with shower/tub combo, and two more bedrooms! Bedroom (1) featuring our THIRD King-sized hand made floating bed with LED lights underneath, electric fireplace, and 40" Vizio Smart TV! Bedroom (2) equip with our 5th Queen-sized hand made floating bed with LED lights underneath, electric fireplace, and 40" Vizio Smart TV! ***All major holidays require a 3 night minimum stay***

This has to be the best Vrbo we have stayed in over the years and years of vacations. Clean clean clean. The home is equipped with more kitchen equipment, silverware, appliances and so much more than can list. Furniture, beds super comfy. Outdoor fireplace and tv the best! Games, hot tub, fire pit. peaceful neighborhood and beautifully decorated. Host is quick to respond and best to work with. Highly recommend. Would love to return.

From the moment we walked in, the birthday girl was in complete awe. This cabin was absolutely amazing. The accommodations were just what our party needed. The amenities were over the top. The beds were comfortable. Anything we needed assistance with, the host was phenomenal with the response. We couldn't have had a better place to stay and celebrate for my friends birthday. I hope we have the opportunity to secure this place again.

Our tradition was created to meet between Indiana and Ohio and celebrate The Holiday. This cabin was Luxurious and stocked with essentials exceeding our expectation. The bedding was better than Five star hotel quality with pristine cleanliness and style. I highly recommend this cabin.

This house was absolutely amazing, best place I’ve stayed at in hocking hills. Very well stocked and they thought of everything. It was very clean, very comfortable and large enough that 9 adults and 4 kids had plenty of space. The only comment I have is if you are planning on staying here with anyone who is elderly, all 3 showers have very large steps to go over to get into the shower. Would rate this place overall a 10/10!

With our business, we are frequently on the road for our projects. We always try to find places to stay that are unique. This property really stands out from the rest. Not only is the home a beautiful structure, but the amenities provided were really impressive. We have never stayed at a house that was better equipped, from day to day essentials like kitchen utensils and basic cleaning supplies to the unexpected drawer full of charging cables and generous laundry and bathroom supplies. Pretty much everything we could have ever needed was there. (I mean, even a waffle maker, tons of spice options, and coffee pods!) We played pool, air hockey, and the kids enjoyed the video game. We loved the quality outdoor games and enjoyed cornhole on the spacious (and gorgeous!) decks, bocce ball in the yard, and more. The beds were comfortable, the pillows just right, and the decor was perfect - comfortable and inviting. The home was very clean and easily accessed. We highly recommend this home. It was a fantastic place to stay and we can't wait to go back.

We have stayed at a lot of vrbos and this was, if not the biggest/nicest, one of the most thoughtfully appointed and beautiful. It’s very nice inside and out. We enjoyed the pool table, air hockey, outdoor fire pit, football and catch with our dog in the yard/field, cornhole, and card games. The WiFi was down the first couple of days due to a wind storm/downed trees. This was not an issue for us, but the owner was quick to communicate. The key pad for check in was seamless. The property was clean and the binder with instructions for stay and check in/out was clear and complete. The kitchen is very well appointed. Note, there is a black stone outside, but no grill. There is enough wood and a fire starting kit for 1-2 bonfires as well as roasting sticks and campfire pie makers. It’s an easy 10 minute drive to Logan or Nelsonville and the popular hiking areas are 20-30 minutes (15ish miles). When we return to the area, we will definitely seek out this property or the other Byers property.

This cabin is so beautiful!! It was better than we even expected. It was spacious, clean, and had plenty of space for our group. The wrap around porch is amazing. We would recommend this cabin to anyone!

Great setup for large group
Property worked well for large group! We were able to spread out so not feeling on top of each other. Large wrap around porch with ceiling fans made it work being outside even though our weekend was hot and humid! Owner was very responsive with a few minor issues. You definitely would need a good vehicle to make it up the driveway especially in winter so believe listing that you would need 4x4. Overall it was a great place to have multiple families stay together!

Family Weekend Fun
Amazing. Property was so clean and owners thought of everything. Our whole group was able to enjoy. Kids took over the downstairs and adults enjoyed the BEAUTIFUL porch area. PLENTY of room to all sit and eat together. LOVED an evening of sitting around the fire and making smores. Property was close to all the "must" hikes Hocking Hills has to offer. PLUS close to town to enjoy a night of pizza! ALL of us had an amazing time and were sad the weekend flew by so quickly. These owners really did think of everything!

,Plenty of everything we needed, and the porch was so great we couldn’t leave it. We all loved it he cabinand no one wanted to leave.. My family all said it was the best cabin we have ever rented. We couldn’t think of anything that would make it better. We are plannng on returning next year!

We had a great weekend in Hocking Hills. This cabin is gorgeous, spacious, and clean. They have really thought of everything to make your stay perfect. We were 20-30 minutes from Old Man’s Cave, zip lining and rappelling. We did it all! I would definitely stay here again and recommend to family & friends!

Even better than advertised!
The home was beautiful, clean and offered everything our family of 11 needed for a great getaway. We were there to hike the trails and one day was just colder than we really wanted to be out in. The house allowed people to have space to do their own thing. The hosts truly thought of everything and even had some nice extra touches throughout. We have already decided we want to book again in 2023

AWESOME cabin in Hocking Hills
14 of us stayed in this cabin for a girls weekend. WOW ! is all we kept saying as we entered the cabin and took a look around. It is spotless clean , well stocked and so much detail for the comfort of the guest. You cannot go wrong renting this cabin. The owners are easy to work with and very quick to respond to any question or need that we had. Check in and out was a smooth process. You cannot go wrong renting this cabin. We had a beautiful snowfall while we were there and yet the owner came right out with a need we had with the hot tub. ( our fault not theirs ) We cannot wait to rent again in warmer weather to enjoy the wrap around porch outside and the firepit.

AMAZING!!
This brand new cabin was a great escape for our family! Very clean, fully stocked! Great communication with the owner. Awesome game room for the younger crowd. Hot tub was a bonus! We will definitely be returning. Do not hesitate to rent this place, you will not be disappointed!!
