It’s country living but so close to everything including amazing outdoor activities like hiking, biking, breweries, wineries and more. This cute cottage is down a private gravel driveway shared by the Main house. We are pet friendly. Lots of opportunities to walk your dog around our 20 acre property or around the neighborhood. UNIT PERKS: --This rental includes a kitchen with a fridge/freezer, sink, stove, oven, microwave, toaster, blender & coffee maker. Essentials like plates, cups, cookware, utensils, & paper towel will be provided for your use. --Along with coffee, creamer are provided. --Cooking spray, olive oil, salt/pepper are provided. --A hair dryer and showering essentials/bath towels are available. The bedroom has a dresser storage and hangers for clothing storage. There is also an iron and ironing board. --A few board games are available for your use in the TV console. --Guests can park on the gravel in front of the house. TECHNOLOGY: --A large, flat screen smart TV is hooked up in your living area. --High Speed Wifi is provided. --A stackable washer/dryer is available for your use in the home.. ADDITIONAL INFO: We welcome guests of all backgrounds! Enjoy the country views but close to shopping, food and freeway. Getting Around: It’s very easy to drive around and explore the area Other Things to Note: Because we live in the country we do NOT have fast speed internet. We have AT&T internet with 25 mgps which should be enough for what you are wanting to do but might not be as fast as you are used to if you are coming from the city. Also the cottage is not fenced. So pets will need to stay inside or on a leash when outside. Interaction with Guests: Host is available for any questions throughout your stay.
