Poor communication from the owner. Both bathrooms have clogged sinks. We contacted the owner about the issue and the owner said that he would send someone. Never see anyone coming to fix the problem. Then texted us back asking whether the sinks are still clogged. And also the rental amenities have AC but only for 2 rooms. We have to use the fan to sleep. Ask the owner about the AC and he made excuse on the old thermostat. So we decided to leave early since its not comfortable to sleep at all. For future renters, DO NOT PICK THIS PLACE. RIP OFF. If you want to pay Premium price for Motel 6, go ahead and book this place.

Unfortunately we weren't able to stay at this property as the homeowner canceled less than two hours before check in. We were told there was property damage but the house appears available again so maybe that got resolved.
I will state that the homeowner did offer to try and help find us a new place from a private group of vacation renters he knows. Ultimately we ended up finding our own rental replacement and just had to pay more.
