This 2nd floor condo was recently remodeled with all new flooring, cabinets, appliances, and furnishings. King bed with memory foam mattress, new linens and totally equipped kitchen. There is not a washer and dryer in the unit, but the complex has 2 laundry facilities nearby. Located in a quiet corner of the complex, the covered balcony is a pleasant spot to enjoy the outdoors. Condo is equipped with WIFI and new 2 flat screened TVs The Ocean Walk complex offers 2 pools, tennis, pickleball, playground, Clubhouse with workout room, business office and laundry facility. The setting is enhanced by a lovely small lake with a variety of ducks and turtles. There are walking paths throughout the complex. Easy stroll to the pier village with an abundance of great restaurants and shops. This condo has received great reviews from previous guests when it was hosted by a property management company. I take personal interest in the condo cleanliness is very important to me as I'm sure it is to you.

Very clean, very comfortable, exactly as advertised. Owner was extremely responsive to all of our questions. Close to restaurants, bars, the beach. We had one day warm enough to swim in the pool. We would definitely stay here again.

This is a beautiful, private condo is a great location. Really nicely renovated. Easy walking to the village or the beach. Joan is a great host and made everything really easy. We’ll definitely be back later in the year for another stay.

This property was just as expected and perfect for our stay. It was well stocked which made it easy to stay in and eat at home. Joan was very pleasant and helpful and even encouraged us to stay longer as there was inclement weather on our departure day. We would definitely stay here again on a trip to St. Simon’s Island.

Really nice stay! Location is close to pier, lighthouse, and restaurants. Beautiful attention to detail in our unit. Host thought of everything to make guests feel comfortable. From towels & sheets to soaps and decor. We felt like invited family. Thank you!

My wife and I attended a wedding in St. Simon Island and we couldn't have picked a more perfect place to stay. Joan clearly pays attention to detail and takes pride in her property. Her place is clean, updated and nicely decorated. We had a very comfortable stay with easy access to the main area of shops, food and the lighthouse and pier. Thank you Joan for a great stay!

We had a relaxing stay. The condo was perfect for my wife and myself. It is immaculate. We enjoyed the pool and morning walks in the complex. The condo is within walking distance of the pier / lighthouse…we chose to drive due to the heat. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend.

This condo had anything we could possibly need during our stay, with the exception of your personal items, beach towels, etc. It truly felt like a home away from home. Joan’s communication is far better than any we have received before. You truly feel the extra time and resources spent in making your stay comfortable. We cannot wait to stay again!

We loved staying in this centrally located condo. It was well kept, comfortable and clean. The area had wonderful amenities and it was an easy drive/ bike ride to all of the best beaches, restaurants and shopping areas.

Very nice place. Very clean . All amenities were there, and just as represented. Joan was so easy to work with as I made a couple changes between booking and staying with complete ease. We took bikes (several rental places also on the island) and found it very bike friendly area. Would stay again if back in the area.

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was clean, well decorated and had very comfy beds. We felt safe on the grounds of the condo. We had some unusually cool & rainy weather but we made the best of it. I would definitely recommend this rental.

We had a ver enjoyable one and the unit was beautiful! Really surprised to be told we were responsible for an $80 charge of a loss of a ref. Shelf before the owner had looked! It was resolved because we totally communicated it was on top of the frig. When we got there, but we hope that management always looks , and talks to any upcoming occupants before they are told of the charge before there is full communications!

The property is in the perfect location to walk into downtown. Our family loved the condo and the two pool options were amazing. It was also easy to find public parking to get to the beach.

The condo is very clean, cool (90’s outside) and updated with decor. The bed is extremely comfortable with a memory foam mattress and good pillows. Great, well equipped kitchen. Even though the complex was pretty crowded, the condo was quiet and private. It also has a great location. Being on Mallery Street, it’s close to the village in one direction and the King and Prince area in the other. We enjoyed it and would stay again!

My husband, puppy, and i had a super stay! Firstly, Ocean Walk is a very well maintained complex. The pools are beautiful and clean and the grounds are very nice, much better than many of the others condos in the area. The unit itself is adorable and very tastefully updated. Everything was extremely clean and well organized, it even smelled fresh and clean. I am picky about cleanliness and oftentimes waste time cleaning things in a rental, not so with this one. It really was perfect for the three of us. The area is very dog friendly and there are great places to walk your pup. The balcony was clean as a whistle and we enjoyed breakfast there. The rooms are just as nice as the pictures. It is a bit more open than the pictures suggest, which is a good thing. We have few criticisms. My husband thought that the bathroom was a bit small, it didn't bother me. The tub is the only thing that hasn't been replaced but it does have new tile surrounding it and was super clean. The sofa is showing a little wear, but isn't bad. It was relatively soundproof and we couldn't hear anyone in the other units. You will need to drive to the beach, we liked East Beach the best, it's about five minutes away. You can walk to shopping and restaurants. For the money, this condo is a fantastic choice!

Great location...within walking/biking distance to downtown. Condo was very well furnished and very well equipped. Exceptionalky clean. Comfortable furniture. Very comfortable bed. Plenty of towels, paper goods, including paper towels and TP. Excellent condition. Complex had anything you'd need. Only minor issue was the internet was just a bit sporadic, but we managed. Definitely would return. Highly recommended.

Unit was clean and bright. Everything from the light switches to the kitchen set up was thought out well for functionality and anesthetics. Kitchen was stocked well with any item we could need. Living room was open and the furnishings were comfortable.

This was our first time on St Simons and we could not have been happier. The unit was perfect for us and the location was great.It was an easy walk to the pier with several good restaurants and an easy drive to Jeckyll Island that we frequented often .I would definately stay here again and hopefully for longer .

Had a great stay at Ocean Walk! Condo was very clean and well appointed. Communication with owner was timely and clear. Appreciated the pickleball courts, heated pool. My only recommendation is that if you plan on cooking meals, bring spices, plastic containers, aluminum foil.

Beautiful property. Quiet and contains everything you need and more. Walking distance to the village. Everything was so clean. Excellent communication from Joan from start to finish. We look forward to returning here for another stay. Recommend highly. We were in town for a wedding and this was so much better than a hotel. Thank you Joan for a wonderful experience.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights over Thanksgiving with our dog and it was the perfect spot for all of us. The unit is really well laid out, spacious and very well appointed, and the location is ideal. The community has very nice amenities - pools, tennis, pickleball, basketball, fishing, and it's very attractive. Jean is a great host who is very responsive and has created a nice homey place to spend a few days away from home. We would definitely stay here again.
