Our newly renovated "Coco Home" is furnished with a fresh and vibrant colorful design. -Smart TVs in all rooms w/ Netflix -High Speed Wi-Fi -Full kitchen w/ Keurig coffee machine, all appliances & washer/dryer -Cozy and private patio deck with a picnic table, lounge chairs & gas BBQ grill. Our house is a combination of our love for the Miami tropical vibe and the contemporary design, boasting all modern amenities you will expect such a High speed WIFI-internet, and smart TVs with NETFLIX. Flexible sleeping arrangements are provided for up to 10 guests. Six beds + two sofa beds in the living room. -3 bedrooms/2 Baths. ¤Bedroom 1 : 1 King size ¤Bedroom 2 : 2 twin size + 1 auxiliary twin bed in-between. ¤Bedroom 3: 1 Queen size + 1 twin size ¤Living room: 1 sofa bed full size +1 sofa chair convertible to twin size bed.

We enjoyed the house and location. I would like to say the furniture is very small. Like not very comfortable. The beds are comfortable. Bathrooms very small and shower in front guest bath sprays onto floor. The Cabinet in kitchen was broken and we had to tape to keep closed so it wouldn't hit us in head. It be nice if you had water or coffee and maybe single use laundry detergent for use. I Suggested getting a small sectional in front room. It was walking distance to down town Coral gables area and that was amazing. Although some kids kept blowing off fireworks next to our house several hours.

We were in the area to attend family Christmas party and were thrilled with the accommodations. There was plenty of room for the five of us, with room to spare.
All the amenities you could need for a comfortable stay away from home. We hope to stay again this year.
Dining right outside your door. Convenient location also offered a drug store for last minute needs.

We stayed for a wedding in Coconut Grove great location, house is very nice, clean. Host thought of everything, communication was great. If I ever need to stay in the area again I would not hesitate to book.

Brigitte was so sweet and let us check in early after a red eye flight with little kids. We were able to sleep a few hours before we played. The home was nice and clean. There was room for everyone. Walking distance to CVS and a cute farmer market if you come on the right day. I would recommended to family and friends or for anyone looking to go to Miami. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Overall it was a great house for two families with 4 kids to stay in while in Miami for a long weekend. We enjoyed walking to restaurants and ice cream places and found the location to be easy to explore Miami from. Most 'attractions' are 15-20 minutes driving distance (as it seems everything in Miami is).

This is a great property that easily accommodated our large group of 10 people. The house has everything you need and plenty of open space for everyone to feel at home. Location is near everything and very easy to access.

The house was perfect. The yard was great for the dogs. It was so nice not to have to worry with stairs. So many restaurants within walking distance. The Coconut Grove area was beautiful! Most attractions were 15-20 minutes away. Highly recommend this property!

Place is great. We had a fantastic time there. Owner was very responsive and accommodating. Would absolutely rent it again.
