Great property. Just what we needed.

Beautiful location, clean home and felt very comfortable all around.

We recently stayed at Patrick’s place in Maggie Valley . Perfect location to all places in the area, very quiet neighborhood. House was great , nicely furnished met all of our needs. I will say beds are VERY FIRM and could have used a couple of rugs by bed downstairs 😜. Hope to visit there again.

3 of us stayed while rideing our motorcycles through the valley. Enjoyed everything!

House very nice with great neighborhood to walk the dog. Spent a lot of time enjoying the back porch with breeze and 20 degrees cooler than Texas! Even saw a mink cruising through the backyard (I think headed to neighbors water feature), but it left when it saw me. I would recommend the 10 min trip to the Publix supermarket in Waynesville for food, beer and wine. Walking around Lake Junaluska in the morning also very nice. My only suggestion would be a 10-12 cup coffeemaker, doesn’t need to be fancy just bigger! Owner was very responsive in communications. Wish we could have stayed longer!

I grew up in the fields that this place is built on. The place is super clean and easy accessible to the Smokey Mountains and all the mountains have to offer. Patrick is extremely informative and helpful. Thank you all so much. It was great to come home after so many years

We never used vrbo before and was skeptical about it. Our minds were changed when we walked in we wasn't expecting the inside to be so roomy. And we weren't bothered. We took our 16 yr daughter and our 2 dogs. Everyone had a great time. Our family absolutely enjoyed our week there! We relaxed on the porch with the beautiful mountain views! Our week there was so peaceful. The cabin was in a great location from stores and shopping 10 minutes. And Patrick was very helpful and answered back promptly with the questions we had. Definitely give it 5 stars. Fully equipped with washer/dryer. And stocked with amenities. And we will return to this place again!

We enjoyed our stay. Quite neighborhood, convenient location to town. Beautiful view. Cute little place. Suggestions would be- leave more bath towels, trash bags, housekeeping should clean everything mirrors, ceiling fans, under beds. Would definitely recommend and stay again. Thank you

Patrick's cozy cabin was perfect for our trip to Maggie Valley. We were close the slopes, and tubing and had all the amenities and more that we needed.

We stayed in this little cottage for two weeks. It’s small but well appointed. It was lovely to have a yard to walk our pups in, especially when it rained (almost the whole first week!!) Patrick was extremely helpful and responded quickly to the few questions that we had. Just a couple of comments that could have made the stay even better. It would be great to have a full sized coffee maker!! The little 4 cup coffee maker was too small and I was making two pots every morning. With a two week stay, it would have been helpful to have the owner’s locked closet in the upstairs room instead of the master downstairs. We made it work by using the upstairs bedroom closet but it could have been more convenient. Lastly, if you want to watch live TV, come prepared with your provider sign in info or know how to stream from your phone or tablet. Not a big deal for us but it might be for some. Overall, it’s a lovely place and we enjoyed ourselves. Just a couple things that could have made it even better. Maggie Valley is one of our favorite places and we will be back.

This small but adorable house really was the most incredible place. Its in a wonderful spot really close to Cataloochee ski resort, it’s in the valley with beautiful mountain views all around it.Every thing was available that we needed for a perfect stay! We will most def be back. We loved this place!!

The property is very clean, tidy, it has everything, you don't need to bring anything, ideal to spend quality time with the family, Patrick is very attentive and is always available if you need anything

This property was amazing. The layout was perfect for us. The loft is sort of it’s own little efficiency. The kids enjoyed hanging out separate from us. Patrick was amazingly nice and helpful. We will be back! Very convenient location as well.

Loved the cabin. Just as described. Very well stocked. Great location. This was one of the best cabin rentals we have ever had. Excellent host, very accommodating. Firm mattresses, but still comfortable. Would love to definitely stay here on our next Maggie trip.

The stay was great and we look the house. And the wine that was left for us was great. The only problem we had the tub and shower was not clean … Need dusting…But we text Patrick and send someone over. Overall it was good and I would stay again

Our second time staying in this cabin. Love everything about it. Location is peaceful and surrounded by mountains. Communication and response time from Patrick the host is great .. Would definitely recommend this gem of a cabin!

We enjoyed our stay at this spacious property! The upstairs has a bonus room off the bedroom with TV & futon that is an extra living room area or bedroom. Really nice back porch deck with table & chairs. The kitchen is a bit tight, but has everything you need! We appreciated being able to bring our dog with us & there was plenty of room for him in the backyard. Trails nearby to hike. Waynesville about 10 min. away had shops & restaurants but is busy & parking can be difficult. Drive from MV to Smokies visitor center via Blue Ridge Parkway is spectacular & there are elk grazing near the visitor center. We'd recommend this property & would stay again!

My husband, myself and our dog stayed here in early October 2022. What a wonderful home away from home. The home is nicely decorated, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was perfect to make day trips to the surrounding area. You’re close to everything - without being in an area that is overrun with people. We loved it and hope to make a trip back and stay again in the spring!

We will definitely book this again. Everything we were looking for and more!

My husband & i are retired “dream meadows” for a month. It is truly an amazing property - the house is charming & impeccably clean. It had everything we could possibly need ; a fully stocked kitchen, 3 tv’s - a gas grill- new washer & dryer - 2 porches - (we loved sitting on the back porch in the evening which had lights all around the deck looking at the stars.) the beds & pillows were super comfy,, along with great neighbors. The location was centrally located to ;walking trails -restaurants - shopping - golfing & wonderful water sports. Patrick was super accommodating & a delight to work with. We look forward to returning next summer.

We absolutely loved our stay at this awesome cabin! The back porch was perfect for morning coffee. It was a quiet neighbor and convenient for our activities.

Enjoyed our stay! Located in an area with lots of things to do. Cabin is well decorated and cozy. Everything we needed was available. Inside the cabin was clean but outside could be a bit cleaner.
