Prepare hearty meals in the fully equipped kitchen, featuring sleek stone countertops and stainless steel appliances. Gather for fresh cuisine around the six-person dining table. Your mountain retreat is 4.6 miles to the town of Granby, home to an array of local dining and shopping options.The Granby Ranch base (.5 miles) is where you’ll find the Club, on-site dining, and lifts to both summits. The ski resort is only a 10-minute walk down the hill and golf is just a 5-minute drive away. Explore natural attractions with just a short drive to Lake Granby (11.4 miles), Hot Sulphur Springs (14.7 miles), or Winter Park (20.3 miles). Both Grand Lake and Rocky Mountain National Park are about 20 miles away as well. THINGS TO KNOW Parking is available for four cars (two in the garage and two in the driveway). Street parking is not permitted. This rental is not equipped with air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
