About this condo rental
Rooms with beautiful views, just steps to beach, underground parking at this luxurious condo. Home has been fully updated with granite counters, farmhouse sink, under cabinet lighting, backlit cabinets, comfy furniture and beds! You will love your stay here! All the comforts of home even with full size washer and dryer. The location just doesn't get any better. Restaurants are all nearby, and the full length balcony provides incredible views up and down the beach to watch the surfers and rocket launches! Beach towels, chairs and umbrella are provided. Just bring your suitcase! FYI… starting April2024 they will be doing some clubhouse restoration so pool will be closed. Should be reopened by May. They will start balcony restoration from the fifth floor April15th and workdown to second floor. Garage oneside will be completed by May3rdI will try and keep this as accurate as possible with information given to me.

Excellent location amazing view of the beach : private access to beach a plus : we enjoyed many drinks on balcony enjoying both sunrises and sunsets : condo well appointed : tea kettle and wine glasses would be advisable : very quiet and restful sleeps in master bedroom :communications with host at time of booking excellent though somewhat harried at time of check-in ( host unavailable for about twenty minutes when we arrived at property which stressed us after a long road trip ): overall would definitely recommend and would stay at this property again

Stove and oven were great, once we learned how to use them. The TV system was a little challenging for someone that still has satellite TV. The host was very nice and helpful with any questions we had. Loved the location, close proximity to all we needed, especially the beach.

Don't look at the building exterior. It's an aging property. But the owner has beautifully appointed the entire unit. All modern. Closest to the ocean vacation rental without costing hundreds of dollars per night.

The pictures do not due Deanne's condo justice. There are floor to ceiling windows with sliding glass doors in both the living room and master bedroom that give a 180 view out to the beach. You can also enjoy the view and hear the waves from the balcony. I loved that there was a lifeguard tower right out in front and some cool beach bars and restaurants less than a block away. She has the condo beautifully decorated - a nice mix of beach vibes and comfortable leather La-z-boy chairs. There is a pool in the front so you can get your laps in. We enjoyed the fantastic sunrises from the balcony and lots of walks on the beach. A highlight was the relatively short drive to Kennedy Space Center to see a launch in person. She has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook plus some nice additions like butter etc. Deanne also has towels, beach chairs and umbrellas available. The view was spectacular from the balcony and we walked on the beach everyday. We can't wait to return!!

Condo is very nice and location is terrific. Very close the beach. Has a retro vibe and AC works great. Building is dated and not a lot of in room amenities. But if you are looking for an old school beach condo that’s clean and comfortable at a reasonable price then this is your place.
Host needs to add wine glasses.

The apartment was very nice, Deanne, was very accommodating and responded to questions quickly, loved the fact there was a place in the garage inside the building to park our car and a number of beach items, (umbrella, chairs, boogie board, etc.) we were permitted to use at the beach. Being in an apartment on the beach, with a balcony facing the beach and the ability to view the beach from the living area and the master bedroom was awesome! Would recommend to anyone.

This condo is beautiful! All the amenities that you could possibly need and more! Location is perfect! Walking distance to a lot of great restaurants and just minutes to the grocery store and anything else you may need. We will surely miss waking up with the sunrise and hearing the waves crash on the shore! Great water pressure in the showers, king bed and couches are comfy! Used the pack n play and high chair for our toddler! Can't recommend this property enough! We will be back!!

We enjoyed our stay at Boardwalk . Granddaughter has new memories of Cocoa beach Seaworld and Space center with her grandparents. Will miss ocean view in the mornings

The condo was in a great location to walk to multiple restaurants, the beach was nice and large and the condo was very clean and had plenty of amenities

We loved the condo and location. It was beautiful and just as pictured. The host was extremely helpful and went out of her way to assist me with a personal dilemma. She went above and beyond and we are grateful. I would highly recommend this rental property for a fun week in Florida.

Loved our location on the beach! Wake up to the sound of waves. Beautifully decorated, clean condo, 2nd floor, good communication with property owner! Cute beach bar next door with fun bands on the weekend. Putting this on our return list!

Unit was very clean, it had everything you would need inside. Comfortable living room furniture, fully stocked kitchen, and best of all a beautiful ocean front view. Owner was very nice and helpful with any questions. Will be back.

We loved the condo. We could cook in or walk to 3 or 4 restaurants. Just a peaceful week on Cocoa Beach. Host was very responsive when we had to contact. An older area, but wonderful condo. Thanks for letting us stay!

Lovely condo on the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and boutiques. The condo had everything needed to make us feel right at home.
The HOA could spruce up the front entrance, common areas and the pool area! The only other recommendation would be to ensure the beach equipment was fresh and in functional condition. We struggled a bit with a couple of chairs and an umbrella. Overall, great place with a responsive host!

The condo was very nice and as pictured. I’d agree with other comments that the elevator and common areas could really use some work, but the condo itself was great. Being able to come and go with the beach so close by was our favorite part. Our least favorite part was discovering that major construction was going on at the neighboring property. This made enjoying the balcony pretty much impossible from sunrise to sunset. Sharing that information with potential renters is vital. Other than that, we enjoyed the location, walked to a few different restaurants, and liked the below ground parking. The unheated pool was also a surprise as well as retrieving our key from under a stone paver at check in. Although there were some cons, our experience overall was good.

This place was beautiful inside and great to sit on the deck or quick walk to the adjacent beach to watch the sunrise. The owner was quick to help when needed. We would stay again.

We enjoyed the beautiful property! It was very spacious, and beautifully remodeled! Our favorite part was hearing the wonderful sound of the waves from the balcony , and enjoying the gorgeous view! We had a dream come true for my Mother, we were able to watch a SPACEX LAUNCH at 1am out on the beach at the condo!! It was truly amazing!

It’s a beautiful condo with a full view of the beach and gorgeous morning sunrises. Several nice restaurants within easy walking distance. The beach has public access so there is a lifeguard on duty everyday. Big plus!

Our overall experience was great . The main building is In Need of updating and repairs but this unit was Awesome! Very clean and decorated nicely. We will definitely come again .

We stayed a week here, the condo was everything the listing said, very spacious and clean. Close to shopping and restaurants. Even got to watch a rocket launch at night from balcony. The beach was awesome. Lots to do in the area. When we make it back next time this will definitely be the first place I’ll book if available.

This condo is awesome, from the view to the closeness of the beach. There are restaurants and bars all within a block of the condo, great location! The condo has pretty much everything you need. I would recommend this to any beach lovers and also huge plus is it’s pet friendly!!!

This condo was very nicely furnished and appointed. The king bed mattress was very comfortable firm but not like a board. View was fantastic. I thought the common areas of the building (hallways, stairway, elevator and entrance) are in desperate need of cleaning, updating and repair. There is an outdoor bar that attracts large numbers of people on Saturday and Sunday with live music. So, sitting on the balcony at night you will hear noise from that. The condo itself is quite nice though.

This property was more than what we expected from the cleanliness to the area it was located was wonderful! I brought my kids and mother it was her first vacation ever so it was very special for me to be able to make it memorable I can’t thank you enough for letting us stay and.
