Stunning modern ranch style home in the heart of Lenoir City Tennessee. When you first step through the door you will see the beautiful vaulted ceilings, stone fireplace ,and open airy layout. The home is furnished with pillow topper memory foam mattresses, a living room you won't want to leave, and a newly renovated kitchen with beautiful countertops and new appliances. The home is on an acre of land located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from I-75 and the Tellico Lake. The space Love the cozy feel of a farm house, or a luxury modern feel? This is the perfect place for you! The living room is the perfect place to sit down and enjoy your morning coffee or play board games with friends. Our kitchen is perfect for entertaining your guest. Sit back and relax on the front porch and take in the vast mountain views. Looking to work from home? Our internet clocks download speeds of over 400mbs. Perfect for those zoom calls and other business needs. Enjoy our master bedroom which features a king bed with a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a spacious tile shower. Our other two guest beads feature queen beds in each room. In addition we have a double air mattress to accommodate extra guests. Walk out to our backyard patio where at night you can relax by the fire pit under the lights. Inside the kitchen, you'll find all the silverware, pots, pans and plates you need to be the next top chef! The living room is furnished with a nice 70 inch flat-screen smart TV where you'll be able to Netflix and chill with friends. In terms of amenities, we've got you covered too! You'll have access to things like: coffee, a blow dryer, towels, soap, napkins, oxygen and more. While this adorable home is the perfect private getaway for you and the family, its location makes it easy to get around. The Host should fire his maid service, stock consumables consistent with length of stay as per listing description and perform significant maintenance before placing on the rental market.

Love that it was one level, a 2 of 5 of our party have difficulty with stairs. The bedrooms are very good size. Great that it has an air up mattress to allow for additional accommodations, however we didn't find any extra sheets for the mattress. Appreciated having a walk-in shower, however we would've like several more wash clothes, since there were 5 of us.

Just as pictured. Love the lay out of the home and decor. Didn’t really hang out there too much for we were planning a wedding for our daughter. Nice neighborhood and big yard fairly level too. Would recommend to other family members or friends.

This house was perfect for my family to stay at while we were in town for a family wedding. It was so modern, clean, and had all the amenities that you need. The location was perfect, and close to airport, shopping, restaurants, etc. The owner's communication was fantastic, and they made sure all my questions were answered very timely. I highly recommend this house, and would defitnietly stay there again if ever back in Lenoir City area!!

The property was wonderful and very conveniently located. We were minutes from Fort Loudon Dam and Melton Hill dam. In addition to the great location our 24 foot boat trailers pulled by a Chevy Sliverado had plenty of space to come and go in the drive . My children loved visiting Parrot Mountain, Soaky Mountain, and Tangier outlets.

Another couple and we stayed here for 3 days for an out of town wedding. We loved the quiet neighborhood, where we took walks after dinner two nights (and my husband took a run in the morning). We also enjoyed sitting on the back porch with lights strung above. The house was clean and uncluttered...we felt comfortable immediately. I would recommend staying here.

This house is great. Very calm decor & complete kitchen with cooking accessories. Very nice older neighborhood with large lots. The house is beautifully updated. Comfortable large King bed! If you suffer from back issues however you may not care for the couch - very modern and low back.

Had a great stay. Plenty of parking. The house was clean and nicely decorated. Had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again if we're in the area.

The house was perfect for my two daughters and their families. We were visiting relatives in Lenoir City, so this place was perfect for additional space needed to house everyone. Very clean and well stocked. Communication with the owners was great. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to visit. Thank you!

We stayed here for 4 nights and enjoyed our stay very much. The house was spacious, clean and was updated nicely. It had all we could need for our stay. The location worked well for visiting relatives in farragut. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Nice property
Overall very nice. The yard needed to be mowed and it would be nice if the owners had a gas grill and an umbrella for the table outside, but the house was very clean and nicely appointed.

Very clean and comfortable house to relax in! We enjoyed staying here and appreciated the decor, large TV and soft beds. Close to I-75 and easy drive to Knoxville.
