Within 5-15 minutes walking distance to numerous entertainments, restaurants, banks, supermarkets, YMCA… and many more. Walking back home instead of waiting in traffic after the game. The property is nice and has a good gathering place for watching a game on tv, playing foosball and air hockey. Could walk to AT&T but because of the heat we decided it was a little too far to walk to Globe Life. The house is very small but very well appointed.

The property is very close to all Arlington sports facilities and amusement parks. Air conditioning and all appliances worked well. Quiet neighborhood but a little bit run down. The bathroom in the back bedroom is updated and cute but super tiny. If you’re a woman with make up and hair products, you will not like it. Owner communicated well and we had no problems with the week.

This house is quite small and is not well cared for. Any things were broken. While the location is convenient, we would not stay here again.

We only stayed one night but it was the perfect space and perfect location for us. Everything was clean and comfortable. We weren’t attending any events nearby but how nice to be walking distance from so much!

Renting was easy, affordable, very close to Globe Life Field. Everything was tidy and clean. Grandchildren had a blast playing air hockey. Hostess was wonderful! Would definitely stay again.

The host are very kind people. The facility is much older than the pictures suggest. The cleanliness gets lost in the older features and smell of the home. We were on edge our entire stay due to emergence of critters along the walls. If you’re just looking for somewhere to lay your head out works but if you want to spend time there I would not recommend.

My family was in town for the Commander's Classic at Globe Life Field. The location was awesome! Easy access to the stadium area and an amazing selection of restaurants within walking distance.
Nhu was great, attentive, and made the stay simple and easy. We will recommend the location for friends and will stay here again should we visit.

Awesome time here.
Not noisy, walked to Cowboys and Rangers games. Both about 20 minute easy walk.
Very clean, walk arcoss the street to just about anything you want to eat.
Would stay here again and again.

The location was convenient to 6 flags and the e-sports arena. The game room in the garage was a lot of fun. Overall a nice place to stay.

Location is fantastic. Walk to the stadiums or many places to eat. Fenced in back yard with patio and grill. The only thing I would have liked to see was better locks on the garage/ game room and back door. That being said, we didn't feel unsafe in the neighbor hood. I would stay there again for sure.

Very nice house. Comfortable and cozy. Very close to restaurants, shopping and entertainment venues. Landlord very quick to respond and super friendly. Would definitely recommend to all.

This is an older house but it was nicely updated by owners. Everything is exactly as pictured. The location is perfect for the price. It's a 15-20 min walk to AT&T Stadium. Definitely recommend for families visiting the stadium or Six Flags.

Great house in a perfect location!
We enjoyed our stay here…it was clean, had tons of amenities and was located in a great area. The check in and out was seamless. You can be in downtown Dallas or Fort Worth in less than 30 minutes. The game room was a big hit with our 2 teenage boys! We would most definitely stay here again!

The house was great! It was exactly what we wanted. I absolutely loved the entire set up and aesthetic. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone whose staying in Dfw. Easy check in and out. 10/10 recommend!

Fantastic Location Near Stadiums & 6 Flags!
We were happily surprised on the location and cleanliness of the property. The supply of towels was appreciated.
Wished there were a couple more rolls of Paper towels & TP for the girls.
The Foosball table was set up backwards. Lol...
Overall it was a fantastic stay, we would suggest this property to friends and family!
The owner was easy to contact and kind in communication.

Super cute little house within walking distance of AT&T stadium (and Ranger stadium) and lots of restaurants, Walmart a few blocks away for groceries. No complaints!

Everything was as presented. Communication was excellent. Easy in and out. A must stay if going to a game, Six Flags or anywhere in the Dallas area.

Great house and location
Had everything we needed and was within walking distance to ATT stadium. Very clean and good communication with owners. We had problems operating the heater but weren’t there enough to worry about it.

This house was perfect for my family! We loved the nice, neat, and clean home, and the cozy back porch. The garage has fooseball and air hockey…so much fun! Perfect location too, right by everything but on a nice quiet street. Looking forward to staying there again!! The host was so kind and helpful!
