Located in Laguna Beach (a hidden gem that's just minutes away from 30A) is nestled across from a public beach access where the sugary white sand awaits you. Dining and shopping are just a few minutes away from 30A and Pier Park. This adorable home offers a new, large private pool and jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding from a day at the beach or a relaxing evening swim. Take a stroll down to the beach in the evening and capture the unforgettable Florida sunsets. This home is sure to be a perfect place for you to create sweet, new memories. ***Pet fee is $250/pet (nonrefundable)*** **Legal Photo ID and signed rental agreement required ***Pool heat is $40/day*** **MINIMUM AGE TO RENT IS 25** ***Cancelation Policy*** Reservations may be cancelled by either party “You” or “Beach Life Vacation Company” by notifying either party in writing at least ninety (90) calendar days prior to your Check-In date (“Cancellation Period”).* In such instances, the full amount of your advance payment will be refunded less 5% cancellation fee plus all administrative fees and charges. If you cancel a stay or a portion of a stay after the Cancellation Period, you will be responsible for the full amount of the total booking charges with no refund. No discount to the total booking charges or any refunds will be given for any adjustments or changes to your reservation after the Cancellation Period for any reason, including late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, maintenance and/or housekeeping issues, failure, outages or noise. Beach Life Vacation Company reserves the right to correct or adjust rates to the published rates on a reservation if the rates have been misquoted due to human and/or computer error. We cannot be responsible for weather related and or personal emergency issues affecting travel including COVID-19.

This beach house has everything you want for a good vacation. It’s a small property but has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, dining room, and an adequately equipped kitchen. Why you want this house is because it is a very short walk (maybe a 1/4 mile) to the beach, but we found it hard to leave the backyard. Fenced in yard (the dogs loved it) patio, nice furniture, weber grill… and a pool and hot tub!! It’s in a quiet neighborhood, and we will definitely stay again, big fan!

First let me say we love the PCB/Laguna Beach area so if you are considering a trip to this area DO IT.❤️ This house has more positives then negatives and the negatives could be easily remedied:
1. Beds were comfortable and lots of pillows
2. So many towels provided and looked new which I appreciated
3. Kitchen well stocked
4. Responsive management
5. Provided a starter kit of dish soap for the kitchen
6. Pool and hot tub are beautiful
7. Fire pit was awesome
8. Allows pets (for a fee) and the yard is fenced and makes that easy if you have a dog
9. Washer and dryer work
Cons
1. The house was not very clean (bathroom tub was visibly ringed, garbage in the bedrooms). Not so dirty I needed them to come back out but dirty enough for the comment
2. The interior is worn. Old leather furniture was comfortable but worn. They need to go through and do minor repairs, replace shower curtain etc..
3. No plastic cups or dishes in the kitchen. I found this so odd since the pool…
4. My biggest issue was that they charge to heat the pool and the hot tub (we went in the fall) and I paid for it but they control the hot tub with an app. They said it would be on from 5:00-10:00 but I paid a daily rate so I don’t get that AND we had to call between 5:00-10:00 multiple times to get the heating element turned on because all that was on are the jets. All of that to presumably save on their electric bill?
6. No black out curtains in bedrooms
7. TV in front bedroom won’t connect

The pool and hot tub were great, owner was super responsive, close to beach and away from crowds. Fenced yard perfect for pups, such a relaxing spot, will definitely recommend and return!!

We enjoyed the stay but layout and size was not as espected. Its much smaller and bathrooms were very cramped. The pool was great. Clean and size was good. We did enjoy our stay although the layout was inconvenient.

The bedroom in the back of the house was hard as a rock. Went to the bedroom in front & it was more comfortable. Pool was great, hot tub got a little too hot from the weather being so warm. Need a bigger & not broken umbrella by the pool. The backyard has sun all day. The house could use an upgrade. Communication was great! Distance to the beach was great!

Great property. House was perfect for 8 guests. Dogs enjoyed the back yard. Everyone enjoyed the pool/hot tub. Will definitely stay here again.

This property is only a short walk to the beach (and dairy queen)! Unfortunately during our stay there were red flags at the beach so too dangerous for the kids to swim in the ocean. The private pool was a great for the kids to be able to swim and play. The deep end was a little under 5ft. The house is kept very clean, it is an older home so some features aren't perfect but it didn't effect our stay. The A.C. works great! Even kept at 72 it was cold in the house. The management is quick to respond. We had a problem with the master bedroom's blinds only covering half the window and they came out and replaced them with new blinds that fit the entire window. There was no linen for the pullout couch and they brought that right away as well. The fridge was not cold when we arrived but by the next afternoon it had cooled to the right temperature. (Incase it happens to anyone else. It's not broken. They must turn it off and turn it back on before you check in). My only suggestions would be to place a cupboard on the empty wall to the right side of the fridge because there is not much space to put away groceries. On the plus side the kitchen is well stocked with dishes, pots, and pans. The second suggestion would be better mattresses. Overall all the positives about this house make up for any negatives and we would stay here again. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us!

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. Just a quick walk to the beach. House is comfy and super clean! The private pool is perfect for cooling off and the hot tub on cool nights to ease away the stress of the day! Close to many restaurants and attractions. Great place to stay!

We've been coming to PCB for over 20 years, and this trip is high on the list. We really enjoyed this house especially the Pool and hot tub-def recommend heating it in spring and fall. Since we came with our 6 week old a pool was a must, and it didn't disappoint. Location is our favorite part of the area. The house was exactly what we expected and it fit our family of 7 comfortably

The listing online says it sleeps 8 people. The outside sign at property says 6. We arrived on Saturday to find stained sheets on one of the beds and the bed broken. My husband was able to fix the bed so it didn’t tilt down. But it still squeaks so bad. If someone moves in the bed or gets up, it will wake up the other person. I was told clean sheets would be brought over 1st thing the next morning. Two days later we had clean sheets. We also complained because the pool was dirty upon arrival. I was told it gets cleaned twice a week. It was finally cleaned Thursday afternoon and we were checking out the next morning. The blinds to the back sliding door were broken. I was told by property management they had been broken for awhile but didn’t realize it was an issue. The blinds in master were too short for window and definitely needed to leave laundry room door open so anyone in backyard couldn’t see inside. Huge privacy issues with blinds. We also seen cockroaches while we were there. They did come spray the outside the day I complained and was told by pest control no need to spray inside. The following day a pest control guy showed up around 5 wanted to spray inside the house. We had people trying to take showers and get ready to eat. I asked them not to spray because we had one day left and didn’t call us to schedule the spraying. The house needed a lot of TLC. The umbrella on the outside deck was also broken and requested it to be repaired. The walls in the bathroom were bowed out due to maybe moisture damage. Hopefully with this review some changes will be made to help future guests. The neighborhood was great but will never stay at this location again!!!!

We loved this cute and cozy house!! It was well stocked with kitchen essentials , toiletries, and towels. Short walk to the beach and the pool and jacuzzi were both clean and wonderful! The neighborhood was very peaceful and there’s a grocery store just a few blocks down. Highly recommend!!

The property was super great. Spacious yard. Easy, close walk to the beach. Road is directly across from beach access. Beach is not busy at all for location. House had everything we needed. Host is super easy to reach and very friendly. Will be staying here again!

We really enjoyed this house & its close proximity to the beach. While on the smaller side, the space is utilized very well without feeling cramped. The pool & outdoor landscaping were very nice as well. The only downside was a bit of an issue with the sliding door being difficult to open and close.

Overall the house and grounds are amazing and the location is great . We would definitely stay here again if a few tweaks were made (back sliding glass door is a pain to open & close and needs to be fixed/replaced and curtains are a must in the bedrooms to block out the sun and neighbors porch light).

Very relaxing and clean
My husband and I stayed here with our dogs and had a great time. We had everything we needed. Very convenient there is a washer and dryer. The back yard is beautiful. Enough grass area for the dogs and the pool/hot tub was amazing. I would definitely come back here. Also only like a three minute walk to the beach.
