A fun filled vacation awaits you at this 3-bedroom, 2.5 bath townhouse that can accommodate up to 11 people. A dog will be considered for stays 7 days and longer. You will have everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage and private screened in balcony with views of the Gulf. We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key, Soldiers Creek, and Glenlakes Golf Clubs, Tropical Falls Theme Park at OWA, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Our guests receive one complimentary admission per activity, per day. Additional guests will pay full price. These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation. Admissions are noncumulative and nontransferable. Unused admissions expire daily. For example, you may choose to go golf in the morning (one person is free) and then go on a dolphin cruise in the afternoon (one person is free) and then cap off the day at Tropical Falls Theme park (one person is free). You may do some or all of the activities every day and one person in your party is free to every activity every day. Complete details will be provided with your confirmed booking. Please message the host with questions.**Rentals over 30 days do not qualify** When you enter the townhome on the ground floor you will go up a flight of stairs to the open concept living area which is comfortably furnished with a sofa-sleeper and love seat, dining table, & a breakfast bar with stools. The modern kitchen has stainless steel appliances and all the necessary cookware & utensils to prepare a gourmet meal! The main floor also has a powder room for your convenience. Your rental includes free admission to the Lost Key Beach Club - only 1/2 mile away. This open-air complex is a beachfront oasis available exclusively for Lost Key residents & guests. The Beach Club offers private beach access, swimming pool, locker rooms and showers, & seasonal beach service. There is a restaurant at the club (hours vary) for purchase of food, snacks & beverages. Complimentary seasonal shuttle service is available within the Lost Key resort. Also, within Lost Key Resort, you will have access to a large, resort-style pool with hot tub, a state-of-the-art Fitness Center, Tennis and Pickle Ball courts (bring your own equipment), & an Arnold Palmer golf course. Lost Key was the first golf course in Florida to be certified as an Audubon International Silver Signature Sanctuary, and this recognition continues to preserve the natural environment and resources of the area. The new state of the art golf clubhouse features a full-service golf shop, men’s & lady’s locker room facilities with lounge areas, & a restaurant & bar with indoor & outdoor seating as well as panoramic views of the golf course. The townhouse features 4 bikes, which can be ridden around the resort and amenities (1 men's, 1 women's and 2 youth bikes). When you are ready to rest after a day at the beach or a round of golf there are 3 relaxing bedrooms to retire to. The master bedroom has comfortable bedding & a king size bed. The master bedroom suite includes the master bathroom with double sink vanity, & a beautiful glass & tile walk-in shower. There is also a large flat screen tv to catch a movie. The 2nd guest bedroom is also furnished with comfortable bedding, a queen size bed & tv. The 3rd guest bedroom has a full size bunk bed with a full pull out trundle bed & tv. Both guest bedrooms have hallway access to a full bathroom with large vanity & a shower/tub combo. We make it easy to say with us! Drive straight to your rental and access with a lock code.
