This is a quaint studio with everything you need for a pleasant beach weekend or week!

Very happy with the room, but I would have liked the beach umbrella to be in working condition. It was broken and unusable. There was one beach chair in front of our place that we did end up using . It was In working order despite its dilapidated appearance. Just remove them completely and remove them as part of the listing and things would have been perfect. I would have then brought mine from home. Still very happy with the accommodations.

Day after we checked on we called and left message about issue with our stove. Also neighbors stove. No response???

Overall great from booking to checking in to checking out & great access to everything we went for on put vacation. For a studio condo...perfect for a couple.

Place to sleep

Overall our stay was just as it was promised. Perfect location close to beach, shops and restaurants. It is as advertised small older unit but right for the price. Cons it could use updating. Very small shower. Pots and pans I would not use. Coating is coming off the pans. We did not have dish towel/cloths but were given one by the housekeeper. Not enough electrical outlets as they are used by necessary items such as air conditioner, wi-if and tv. However, the price and location were perfect. The management company was very quick to respond to us when we had a slight hiccup. If you are expecting luxury skip this unit but is you want something that won’t break the bank and is close to the beach then give it a try. Recommendation: put together an informational booklet for your guests.

We absolutely loved our stay here. Walking distance to a cafe for breakfast and restaurants for lunch and dinner. A one minute walk to the beach for amazing sunsets. The property was clean and the room has been updated. We will definitely be coming back!

Cute little studio, clean with a great location. Email questions answered quickly by management. Two of us did nicely, but if you are a little “fluffy” like us, the shower can be a bit claustrophobic. Very very small with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Air conditioner worked wonderfully and convenient parking. One block to the beach, comfy beach chairs and beach towels provided. If the shower was the only downfall, the rest of the amenities made up for it.

Location great-close to beach and restaurants. Adequate space for two with ample kitchen supplies.The shower badly needs updated-floor and walls are beyond repair, constant dripping. No standard bed pillows or pillowcases. Part of patio in front of our unit is rough. I tripped and fell which caused us to shorten our stay.

This was perfect for a quick beach getaway. Access to the beach was amazing. Restaurants within walking distance. The room is small (shower was tight) and basic but it covers all basis and is clean and safe. That's all we needed! Would definitely come back again.

Chose to go back home rather than try to sleep a second night on that old worn out hotel basic spring mattress. Unfortunately it ruined our whole long weekend.

Great location, clean, sufficient amenities and excellent communication with owner. Unit is small and simple but excellent value. Laundry facility was huge plus. Door lock Batteries issue was immediately resolved, great responsiveness.

Adorable clean and cozy right across from the gorgeous beach!!Was able to walk to everything and had no problem getting on the trolley up and down gulf blvd!!!The neighborhood was great!!!

Very close proximity to the beach! Looks just like the pictures listed!! Beach chairs, umbrellas, and beach towels were really nice to have since we flew in and couldn’t bring our own. Only thing that I would add and it’s just for convenience, would be a shower caddy rack to hang over the shower head. You had to put your bottles on the bottom. Even with the small shower I think it would be helpful! Martha was super nice and called and made sure our AC was working properly. Very nice people! We will definitely be back!!

Loved it

This unit was older, but very clean and nice. It was super close to the beach and had chairs and an umbrella available for the beach as well. Everything needed for the stay was available, the sheets were soft and clean, and the unit was in a safe neighborhood. I'd definitely stay again.

We were looking for something nice and affordable for our honeymoon. This property had everything we needed! It was just bring enough for 2 adults. Laundry on site, beach chairs, beach towels, linens, paper products, even toys for kids. The beach is just 1 street over, 2 minute walk max. A lot of good restaurants around!! Guppy’s, Crabby Bills, and Backwater on Sand Key we’re all VERY good restaurants. 10/10 recommend all of them. The only critique I would have is, there is no full length mirror, yes I know, not a huge deal but us woman love our full length mirrors lol!! We would definitely stay again!!

Very short walk to the beach. Felt comfortable in the unit the entire time. Perfect for two to use after the day out and about.

We loved it was so close to the beach. We also liked that there were beach chairs to use. It was clean when we arrived. There were not many bath towels or wash cloths for the days we stayed. The shower didn’t drain well at all. We had to wait several minutes between showers for it to drain.

You don’t need to be on the beach to enjoy a beach vacation. This comfortable little unit is a short walk to the beach. I’ve stayed in beachfront resorts where I had a longer walk. The unit itself is small but comfortable — perfect for one or two people. The kitchen is perfect for supplementing the many restaurants in the area — many of them also in walking distance. The rental company was very responsive with questions and check in was easy. If you’re looking for a comfortable and affordable rental a stone’s throw from a beautiful beach, this is the place. I’ll definitely be returning.

Overall stay at this property was good. My rating for checking in was based on not receiving information. Once i was able to make contact with Bruce, he made sure to give me the information instantly. There was a leak under the flooring which ran out the front door. Ownership did call immediately for a service tech to troubleshoot but was unable to have it fixed before our departure. Shi+ happens sometimes and I understand that. Again, overall stay was good and I would revisit this property.

I am about 5’3 180lbs and could barely fit. My husband was having to stand half in the shower, half out just to get clean. We debated going to a near by esporta fitness to shower since it was so small! I would definitely recommend looking into expanding the shower for future guests, or possibly adding some kind of shelf to rest shampoo on. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here! We would definitely be back if the shower situation was improved.

This was the perfect home, in the perfect location! It was directly across the street from the beach and near a lot of restaurants shops.

I appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella and beach towels plus the kitchen amenities. The shower was too small in my opinion.
