Just as listed, great little place. Would come again.

good communication, cute little spot for one or two people who plan to be out and about most of the day, comfy with some thoughtful extras left by the host. only downside is the xtra challenges of communication without wifi, but we knew that coming into it. thank you Lakota!

We loved this place out of the typical tourist realm. Very well maintained and comfortable cute place. The outside deceives you bc it’s a good size inside! We wish we could have met Lacoda but Debbie who brought us fresh baked bread was very sweet! And so was her dog! Great location!!

The mini house is beautiful, and set back nicely. Very close to the west glacier entrance of glacier national park. The house is even cuter in real life than the pictures would suggest. I only had 2 complaints: the area around the house leaves a bit to be desired, and I was unable to locate any checkout instructions in either my email or on the property itself. Both of these are pretty minor in the grand scheme of things.

This was everything we needed for a few days in Glacier National Park. Location was so close to the park entrance. Bed was comfortable and house was well stocked. We appreciated the bear spray as we did not realize it was an item we needed for our hikes.
Thanks again for the great opportunity to stay at your cute place.

Absolutely loved this small cabin. The cabin has just everything you need! The garden herbs (although we didn’t use them) were such a smart addition!

It was such a great little house! There were so many little touches that made it feel homey. There was a Keurig with coffee and hot chocolate pods, huckleberry candy, huckleberry beer, green tea soaps, sourdough bread, and butter. It even had things like 2 camping chairs, an iron, hairdryer, bath robes, etc. You can tell the host really cares about her guests. I also had a little bit of cell service (I have Verizon) which was nice. It was a good location and I felt perfectly safe there. I would totally stay here again next time I come to Glacier!

Very cozy, mountain cabin feel. Exactly what we needed at the end of a busy day exploring. Loved the ability to sit outside by a gas fire and quickly shut it down when tired. Perfect location. Easy access to all personal needs. Would definitely come stay again if in area.

This place was perfect for what we wanted. It was very clean, quiet, and in a safe area. It was also very close to Glacier National Park’s entrance. It was an easy check in and check out process. I also really appreciated how well stocked the kitchen and bathroom was along with how generous our host was with providing us tips and local treats to try. I def recommend to anyone traveling to Glacier.

Everything was great except the bedroom and bed were too small for two people. I do need extra room due to disabilities but it was difficult for me much less another to occupy the bedroom.

We stayed 3 nights to visit Glacier. Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the inside is so perfectly charming. Nice upgrade touches, such as bathrobes and plush towels. Plus a complimentary loaf of French bread and huckleberry taffy. Great location for visiting the park and perfect for a couple. Nice supply of cooking utensils for a kitchenette. Friendly host.

My husband and I stayed at this lovely cabin when we came to visit Montaba and attend Under the Big Sky 2023. The size and location was absolutely perfect! Only a 20 minute or less drive to the venue, Going to the Sun Road, and lots of shops/restaurants. Lacota was responsive and a wonderful host. We would definitely stay here again!

We fell in love with this quaint, clean property close to so many amenities! The owners have taken time to think of everything people may need while staying at their location. My favorites were the local goodies that they shared: huckleberry taffy, homemade baked sourdough bread and local brewed beer. We fell in love with the gorgeous sights and views surrounding the property. Highly recommend staying here!

We had a great stay in Hungry Horse! Had everything we needed and more! Lacota, the owner, was amazing host and daughter was great and very helpful! Super clean, helpful and generous, there were beers and chocolate bar and firewood for the fire-pit with a grill available, fresh tomatoes and zucchini on the property! Definitely will be back hopefully next year!!

This gem of a place was perfect for us as we filled our days with activity and returned each evening to relax. So clean and comfortable-comfy bed, hot shower, well stocked kitchen, nice linens and robes. The owner was responsive and so hospitable - we enjoyed the welcome treats and restaurant recommendations. It was an oasis in Hungry Horse with easy access to Glacier NP.

Clean and comfortable accommodations with several special touches - robes, cold IPAs, and huckleberry chocolate 🥰. Also, fresh veggies available for the picking!

This property was very cute and met all of our needs. All of the special touches that the owner put into it were appreciated. It was clean, it was decorated cute, and it was in a great location for our travels. We had a slight issue with the heater, but the property owners were very responsive in helping us get that resolved. We would definitely stay here again. They only thing, was that the property was a bit difficult to find.

This was a small cabin yet the host added a lot of little personal touches that made the stay even better. Our pet loved the yard and the access into Glacier was a hope, skip, and a jump away. We enjoyed the outdoor seating after a long day in the park hiking.. If life’s journey’s take us back to Glacier, we would stay here again!

The cabin was beautifully decorated and very clean. The owner has thought of everything for your stay from comfy robes and towels, great coffee, local drinks and snacks in fridge, and even a dog bone for our pup made our stay incredible. Close proximity to park was great. Owner was quick to respond to all communcation and was extremely accommodating. Thanks Lacota and Debbie for everything, you guys are great!

My wife and I absolutely loved our stay. Great location to the park, Whitefish, Kalispell, and Flathead. The house was just right. Extremely clean. We had everything we needed amenity wise. Lacota adds some very nice little touches that made our stay extra special like huckleberry candy and robes! It’s not a big place, but perfect for a solo traveler or a newlywed couple such as ourselves. We would absolutely stay here again.

Lots of care was put into this little spot. It’s really small but what we needed since we just wanted a place to sleep while spending the days at glacier. Only thing that would have been nice would be wifi (this was disclosed in the listing that there wouldn’t be any). It would have made planning things/routes a lot easier if we had internet access

They did an amazing job with the remodel of this cozy little cottage. Very very clean, and I’m a stickler for what constitutes clean! Nice big fluffy towels, and everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Lots of cute touches, basic spices and olive oil which was very nice. My husband enjoyed the craft beers we found on our arrival, and we loved the huckleberry chocolate bar! Definitely recommend.

Perfect location for West Glacier access to the park. Very clean, perfect cabin for a couple. Cabin had everything we needed including bear spray and chairs to take with us to sit by lakes/rivers. Lacota was very responsive to any needs. Would highly recommend.

This cabin was exactly what we needed
My boyfriend and I drove down from Alberta for five days to visit the park. The cabin was absolutely spotless and Lacota has done an exceptional job in providing so many extra comforts and wonderful things to have available. We made some fairly simple meals but the kitchen was well stocked with dishes and kitchen items. The bed was cozy but comfortable and the thick white towels and robes were such a nice treat. Its very quiet at night which made for a great night sleep. And of course we enjoyed the nice cold beer and chocolate that was put in the fridge! Check in was easy and smooth and while we didn’t have to reach out to Lacota for anything during our stay, her communication beforehand was great. Would highly recommend for a couple or person travelling on their own!

Hungry Horse property
Small property with the basics. Enjoyed the fire pit. Be aware that property is flanked by two overgrown abandoned properties-a trailer-busy campground and a local roadway. Had bear spray that renters can use which was nice.

A little Jewel!
My cousin from Texas stayed here for about 5days. She absolutely loved this tiny home away from home. She will be returning next summer Lord willing!! The cabin is fit for a single person or couple. Seperate bedroom and great size bathroom. Kitchen and dining combined was perfect. Gas or propane stove verses electric is awesome!! Not sure if AC was in place because the nights spent here were perfectly cool enough for my cousin...from Texas! :-) But there is a heater should anyone need it. Plenty of towels, hygiene & cooking utensils. The area is great for walking down to the River as well as restaurants, ice cream shops, groceries, laundromat, convenient stores...etc.
Lacota is very helpful and quick to respond to your needs if you have questions!
Simply a jewel! :-)

Great stay near Glacier’s West entrance!
The place was great. Checking in and out could not have been any easier. The place was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed! Some small touches made us feel even more comfy: the bath towels were very nice and she even left a couple of Montana local goodies in the fridge for us to try. Would stay here again when visiting West Glacier!

loved it!
Me, my girlfriend, and our dog stayed here for three days this June and absolutely loved it. The VRBO itself is so cozy and nice, it’s also super clean and has a ton of stuff like kitchen utensils and bathroom towels for you to use. The owners are both incredibly nice, and more then helpful. The little outdoor area with the chairs and fire pit is the perfect size for a small little campfire too. Definitely a place I’d love to stay again!

Lacota was an awesome host, promptly answering any questions and even giving suggestions on things to do in the area. The house is only 15 minutes to the West side of the park (which you need a Going to the Sun Road reservation to access). It’s about 1.5-2 hours to the East side of the park, along the beautiful scenic Hwy 2. The house had all the amenities we needed (extra appreciative of the bear spray!) and we loved reading the guest log. The fire pit was a great way to wind down our evenings. FYI only one of us had cell service there (Verizon)

The cabin itself was in perfect condition and very considerately stocked. It was a great size for two people and one pup and we really appreciated all of the local treats! The cabin had everything we needed and it was very convenient to Glacier, especially the West entrance.
