My husband and I are from NWA and recently moved to Pittsburgh, PA. This was our first trip back home for the Thanksgiving holiday. It was so fun to stay in the cutest little church-turned-condo right in the heart of Downtown Fayetteville. The space was plenty large enough for a small family or some close friends to spend a weekend or longer. Very close to Fayetteville Square, Dickson Street, and University of Arkansas. The neighborhood had beautiful, historic homes. It was a safe and quiet location even if you’re not familiar with the area like we were. Great trip! My only suggestion is that we needed more than two washcloths. Would recommend to family or friends!

We were very pleased with our stay. Loved having 2 bathrooms!! The space was exactly as advertised. The perfect place to stay while visiting campus with our daughter. It was clean, easy to get in and out of, parking right outside, no worry check out they handle everything. If our daughter ends up at U of A, I could see us booking here again.

Every now and then I’m reminded of some of the first years of home stay rentals. This place got me there. The smartly designed interiors are very relaxing and the kitchen was stocked with necessary basics. The tv was easy to use, communications timely, flexible fixes. No list of ‘do nots.’ The building used to be a chapel so the rooms have interesting detail. And it’s walkable to downtown Fayetteville. We recommend!
