Our super cozy, newly-decorated, solar powered home is tucked away in a quiet, family-friendly neighborhood in West Fayetteville. Complete with accommodations for 10, including four private bedrooms. Our *two* living room spaces are ready to entertain with a large Smart TV, tons of board games, an air hockey table, plush sectional seating and a working gas fireplace. Invite the crew over for a home-cooked meal in our kitchen with all new appliances and amenities! The Space: Enjoy all Fayetteville has to offer from this central home base, located in a quiet neighborhood just 6 miles from downtown. Head just 4 miles down the road for some Razorback football or take a tour of the University of Arkansas campus! An excellent central location when visiting all of Northwest Arkansas! The space: Our newly-decorated, solar powered home is located in a friendly neighborhood with walking trails and quick access to both the University of Arkansas and all Fayetteville has to offer! With room for 10 guests, our home is perfect for you and your crew to enjoy NWA. Inside the front door, you'll be greeted by both of our living spaces. To the left, a bright, sunny room with an extensive selection of board games (in the closet), an air hockey table, and a desk space for catching up on some work if needed. Straight ahead, you'll find our main living room, which is perfect for enjoying conversation with friends, snuggling up to watch a movie on the large Smart TV, or diving into a good book. Through the back door in our living room, you'll access our fully-furnished outdoor seating area with BBQ grill. Here, you'll also have access to our fenced in backyard with a play swing set - perfect for the kiddos! Off the living room, you'll find a fully-stocked kitchen, featuring a Smart refrigerator plus all the necessary amenities for cooking, baking and making that perfect cup of coffee. Our six-person dining table is the perfect place to enjoy a home cooked meal or take out! At the end of the night, choose from one of our FOUR bedrooms. Choose from (1) Our Master bedroom which is located on the main level of our home. Complete with a King bed, Smart TV, black out curtains, and an en suite bath with jacuzzi tub. (2) Upstairs, you'll find another King sized bedroom with large desk space, closet, and black out curtains. (3) Our second upstairs bedroom is home to a Queen bed & Twin bed and features direct access to the upstairs bathroom (4) Our fourth bedroom is host to two Full beds, a dresser, closet and direct access to the upstairs bathroom. Hop in the car or on your bike for a quick ride to all Fayetteville has to offer OR cuddle up on the couch by the fireplace for a nice evening in. The choice is yours! We do not provide excess for more than a couple of days' worth and guests are responsible for purchasing these items for personal use if they run out during their stay. This property is a great spot for large families and extended family. Bedrooms are big. Place was very clean. Very accommodating for kids. Neighborhood is very nice and great for kids to ride bikes. Only downside is that there is only a jack n jill bathroom upstairs but that was never a big problem for us. 10/10 would recommend.

We rented this for family coming in and it was perfect. The home was very clean and the kitchen was perfect for everyone to gather around in. The patio and swing set were a bonus as well. I would recommend this company and look forward to renting from them again soon.

Extended family traveled to celebrate my granddaughter’s 2nd birthday. Wonderful place for extended family! Much less expensive than multiple hotel rooms and we really enjoyed the large living area

We spent a long weekend with friends and their high school children to visit the University of Arkansas and attend a football game. The house we rented was perfect! Large rooms, very clean, super location…I would recommend staying here especially if you have multiple families.

The neighborhood is gorgeous and close to everything. The closet in the second living room was FULL of toys and a train set that kept our toddler entertained for hours! Lots of comfortable seating too. Very clean, tons of linens, paper goods, cleaning supplies, laundry detergent, everything! It was wonderful! We loved sitting on the back patio in the morning and listening to the birds. Our toddler loved the swing set too. This is where we will stay when we come back to visit! Loved it!!

This place is very spacious and modern. Each bedroom has its own unique layout and feel. The patio is a great space to hang out to enjoy the sunset and after dark under the festive strands of lights. The kitchen is huge as well. My son and I enjoyed our long weekend here at a very reasonable, reduced price for only 2 guests. We highly recommend this place for both small and larger groups. It also has many kids' toys (in closet) and a cool playground in a fenced-in backyard for parents with small children.

Perfect for a family

Willow Tree Retreat was just as advertised and perfect for family. Very up-to-date decor and clean, layout was perfect for all 11 of us. The toy closet was a surprise but also a godsend to keep the kids busy!! The only thing that would have made it better was for the weather to be nice enough to enjoy the great backyard!

Perfect house for multiple families with kids. Very spacious and layout was great. Kids enjoyed the back yard and it was easy to keep an eye on them through large windows. Location was great and easy to get a round town from. Highly recommend.
