Step inside and discover an open and airy living space on the main level, with all of the bedrooms tucked away upstairs. Whip up your favorite meals in the well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and then dine together at the table for eight. Just off the dining room, there's a full-size air hockey table while the garage contains a basketball hoop shot game for when you're all craving a little friendly competition. For more family fun, head out to the large, enclosed yard where you'll find a heated pool (open seasonally from May-September, depending on the weather), a hot tub, and a furnished patio with a gas grill and picnic table for perfect summertime cookouts. For sleeping arrangements, this home offers four cozy bedrooms on the second-floor including a main room with incredible mountain views of the Leavenworth Enchantments, a desk and chair, en suite bath with a soaking tub, and a walk-in closet. This level also features two comfortable rooms with queen-size beds as well as a colorful, kid-friendly bunk room. THINGS TO KNOW Streaming TV channels require guest accounts The heated seasonal pool is open from May through September, depending on the weather. Use of the firepit is prohibited during Douglas County's burn ban from June 1st - October 1st If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Security camera details: Ring doorbell outside of front door Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 21 years of age to book. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation.

It for our family and had everything we needed!! I was super bummed that the hot tub was not working properly because that was one reason I rented the house. We drove 6 hours, so I was really looking forward to that! Besides that, everything else was great.

5 of us stayed at the house for a hockey weekend, there was so much space inside and the backyard was great for just enjoying the outdoors and each other's company. The neighborhood was really nice and close to town. Really enjoyed our stay there, thank you for having us.

This property felt very cozy and homey. Having had 2 small children and 4 small dogs with us, it was still easy to relax. There was a little something for everyone. We very much enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and games. We did a lot of cooking and found the kitchen to be quite well stocked. For those who have dogs, it may be helpful to know the mowers come on saturday. At least when I was there

We enjoyed our stay overall, but it was pricey for all the things broken. The ice maker was removed from the freezer. Bars for towel racks were missing. We wanted to run the dishwasher and washing machine before we left, but neither had detergent. Garbage was overflowing outside, so we added to the pile. The place was comfortable and relaxing, but an older home that the repairs have not been kept up. Enjoyed the hot tub, but it could have been warmer.

Fabulous space for a large group. We loved the hot tub, air hockey and proximity to the loop trail along the river. The morning mountain view from the master bedroom is a real treat.

We used this house as an extended family getaway to close out the summer - 7 adults and 2 children under 3. The rooms are all upstairs which is great for napping kids and early bed times. Grill worked great and the air hockey and pop-a-shot were a hit. The neighborhood is quiet, which was perfect for us, as we wanted to lounge at the house and utilize the pool and hot tub. Both had their own issues upon arrival, but we notified Vacasa and help was sent the following day. Drawbacks were the pool/hot tub issues, lack of toaster, coffee maker didn't work and outlets in the bathroom didn't work. We did not both to notify Vacasa of the last three items, so not a big dock there but have advised them so they can be fixed for the next guests. Not a dealbreaker for the property on our end!

It was very hot outside, but inside was cool and comfortable. The pool was way bigger than anticipated. Lots of space for the 9 of us. Nice property for family.

We shared the home with another family, 9 of us total plus 2 dogs. The house was great! Air hockey, basketball, the pool and hot tub were all big hits! The pool was not heated and we were there at the start of summer so it was quite cold! Still fun though! The yard was great for the dogs and the kids to run around in. Improvements have been made to the living area since the photos and previous reviews. There are now couches and a big tv. Kitchen knives were great! The reason for 4 stars rather than 5 were for a few missing items: clocks in the bedrooms, toaster, and not enough drinking glasses. We all hope to stay here again!

This is a beautiful home with a great yard and a good location. Where it lacks is in the smaller details. Living room furniture consists of a couch, two folding chairs and a large bean bag. No TV in living room but TVs in three of the bedrooms. App/Internet based programing only no cable or DVD/Blu-ray payer. Kitchen supplied with someone's leftover pots, pans and dishes. No can opener or peeler and limited cooking utensils. So good luck if you want to fix a dinner. Cleanliness was ok not perfect but livable. Like I stated earlier nice house just miss the smaller details to make it great.
