Awesome location convenient to Eagle Beach and Palm Beach. Condo has everything we needed, enjoyed meals on balcony when we didn’t venture out to eat. Beautifully appointed property, highly recommended. Thank you Carlo!

We just returned home after spending almost 3 weeks in this beautiful condo. The unit was attractive and comfortable. Everything we needed was there. We really liked having a washer and dryer in the unit. The kitchen was very well equipped and we enjoyed making a few meals and dining on the beautiful balcony. We spent a lot of time out there enjoying the beautiful view, reading and relaxing. The view was spectacular. Eagle beach was an easy few minute walk and everything needed for the beach was supplied. Carlo was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process. We had noticed one very small maintenance issue and made Carlo aware, explaining it wasn’t anything that needed attention during our visit, but within a day, he came by to take a look and it was taken care of the next day. We enjoyed spending our vacation there so much, that we booked it for next year before we left!!

Very comfortable accommodations, you will get everything you need, for cooking or laundry, or go to the beach. Great food store, nearby, and very friendly stuff.

Great view. Excellent location. Carlos answered all questions and was very available. Condo looks as shown. The deck is fabulous. Nice sitting area and eating area. In March could use it all day no direct Sun. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Everything one would need. Excellent location. Can walk north or south to all kinds of shops, shopping or restaurants. Beach out front. Palapas are free have to go out early to secure. Beach chairs and cooler provided in nice storage area. We took them all over the island when we rented a car. Also a wagon we did not use. High marks. We will be back again. Red coach’s showing a little age. Second bedroom is tight - have to shimmy down the wall to get to other side of bed so maybe not great for senior citizens. Very dark bedrooms which is nice for sleeping in. Pool is nice and there was never a lot of people. Also used grill by pool. Carlos leaves a nice instruction book for all appliances. Ty!

Property was great. The location is a short walk to the beach and loved drinking my coffee every mer morning on the balcony looking at the ocean. The place was clean and had everything you would need. If you have never been to Aruba for New Years it is worth a trip. The fireworks are amazing and unlike anything we have ever seen. It looks like every Blake on the island sets them off and it is all you can see across the island for miles. The grocery store is a 10 min walk which was nice and we made breakfast and lunch each day and then enjoyed some amazing meals out. We would recommend Aruba Adventure for the sunset snorkel cruise. The boat has a slide and rope swing which was a lot of fun before and after snorkeling. We also did a fun dune buggy tour to see the island and would recommend that as well. We got the 2 person dune buggy’s vs the ATV and the kids and us loved it. Great trip and would love to go back again.

The balconies in the unit were amazing, Carlo the host was exceptional, Eagle beach is the best! We had all the amenities we needed and more. One of the best beach vacations.

We loved our stay in Aruba and at this condo!! The location is perfect, it is immaculately clean and modern. Has everything we needed and more! We did not rent a car but everything we needed was within walking distance. Although we took taxi every eve. for dinner. Super Foods just a short 12 min. (we timed it) walk, the beach (Eagle Beach is by far the best beach we have been to/and there have been many! ). We did take the bus up to Arashi Beach one day to do some snorkeling. The people are so welcoming, and friendly and there's no lack of excellent dining -- all so delicious! We do all our vacations through VRBO and this condo was by far and away the best place we have stayed at. Carlo was always quick to respond to all my numerous inquiries. We will be back. Thank you Carlo and Aruba for the most fantastic, relaxing week we have ever spent in the Carribean!

We stayed for a week in this condo. It was very clean, quiet, with modern decor and we didn't lack for anything. Plenty of towels and we appreciated the washer/ dryer, beach chairs, towels and cooler. Carlo was a pleasure to work with and he provided so much information as far as restaurant recommendations, transportation info, things to see and do and so much more. The location was perfect as it was right across from Eagle Beach and it was never crowded. We would definitely stay in Carlo's condo on a future stay.

This was without a doubt the nicest condo we have stayed at! Modern, clean, well stocked and perfect location! Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable relaxing place to stay!

The property is beautiful. The pictures are accurate with additional touches that make it a great place to stay. We really enjoyed our time here it was steps away from the beach and an amazing view from the terrace. It was very hard to go home after staying here for a week. It was close enough to everything yet far away enough to enjoy the silence. I enjoy this better than staying by the high rise hotels, good to go to that side for a visit but not to stay. The villa has everything you need and then some. If you enjoy cooking on vacation you will have all the essentials needed to make a meal. Carlo is attentive and responds to your messages very quickly. Good idea to rent a car if you want to save on taxis and plan on venturing out. We had a great time and would visit Aruba again in the near future. If looking for a great place to stay with an awesome view this is the one!

The property was just as pictured. Very safe,clean,quiet. Just beautiful. My daughter and myself rented the property for my birthday, first time in Aruba, we had a wonderful time. I would definitely rent this condo again it was in the perfect spot. We rented a car for our stay. I was happy to not be overwhelmed with a lot of people around, we always had a spot at the pool and the beach was within walking distance, we used the beach chairs supplied by Maria and Carlos. They have everything you need in the condo to have a wonderful vacation. Thank you for a great stay, we loved your condo.

I almost don't want to leave this review so it to doesn't become a popular rental that I won't be able to rent again in the future. The Oasis is a great condo in a great location, and Carlo's unit is spectacular. It is an L shaped building with 5 floors, nice open air lobby, gated and assigned parking with security. There is a nice pool, spa and water features in the pool. Two outdoor grill areas. Lobby has treadmill and ping pong table. Two small elevators to get to the 4th floor. It is a quick 5 min walk to the most beautiful beach in the world. Oh and there is a very sweet lobby cat named Masha who loves to be petted, picked up and given treats! She made our time away from our pets a little easier. There is a lady who was cleaning the lobby, wiping down all the chairs and tables every day. Place was spotless. No key to keep track of to get in as there is a door code. Now on to the unit - just wow! Carlo thought of everything. It is a very roomy 2 bedroom/2 bath. The master has a lot of room and plenty of storage with 2 closets and shelving in the bathroom and furniture in the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer, shoe rack and hamper in the laundry room. Kitchen is supplied with everything you need. There is a small bottle of shampoo, conditioner and soap in each bathroom, along with toilet paper and paper towels. We didn't use the stove very but used the electric grill on the patio. It was perfect and worked great. The decor is very modern, which I loved. We never turned on the TV nor sat in the living room as we were always out on the back patio when at the unit. It is quite large with a great L shaped couch and a table with 4 chairs. The view is fantastic. You can't see the sunset but we walked to the beach every day for that. Because of this though the patio always stayed cool and comfortable as you didn't have the afternoon sun blaring in. Carlo also supplies beach towels, clips for the windy beach, a cooler and a beach wagon to get all the things back and forth. Area was very quiet and very easy to get a palapa if down at the beach before 10. Beach was not overcrowded as it can get at Palm Beach except for the days the cruise ships were in town and they bus them in. They don't stay for that long though and then it is back to a normal beach. AC worked great. Bed super comfy. f I were to give one tiny way to improve, it would be to leave a little welcome basket with local beer/drink/choc and a note. Perfect - We will be back!!!!

There is a wagon at the condo which we used to get our groceries as well as transport the beach chairs and cooler to the beach. I had to reach out to Carlo a couple of times (we needed a doctor) and he was quick to respond and very helpful. The condo was clean and modern, the beds were very comfortable and we loved the spacious balcony. Looking forward to our next trip to Aruba!

My daughter and I came to Aruba for our first trip to the islan. We ate almost every meal out, but the kitchen is well equipped! Loved the full washer and dryer and the beds were super comfortable. Master bathroom doesn’t have a door between it and the bedroom area which wasn’t a problem since I had that room to myself….it’s a nice to know if you will be sharing it with someone else. The only thing that was slightly off was the condo smelled a bit damp, I assume that’s what happens in Aruba climate, just another nice to know. The access to Eagle beach, chairs, cooler and wagons came in handy! And we loved our balcony (best furniture!!!) and the pool area! When we come back, we will rebook here, Carlo was very responsive to my questions prior to arrival.

We stayed at Carlo and Maria’s gorgeous ocean view condo for a week in early April. The apartment and property were top notch. There wasn’t one thing that we needed or wanted that wasn’t available to us. We cooked several meals in the modern kitchen and dined on the balcony most nights. Beach access was easy and convenient. We could see all the way to the lighthouse from the balcony! The bedrooms and bathrooms are modern and the beds were perfectly comfy! Everything from the bath towels and sheets to the living room furniture was top notch! They’ve thought of everything! Carlo was very prompt in responding to inquiries. He even allowed us to book an additional day on short notice when our travel itinerary changed. I would definitely book this gorgeous property again!
