About this house rental

Situated in Cedar Fork, this charming house for $135 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Be one of the first guests to enjoy this newly renovated two bedroom townhome with an open flowing floor plan. The dining room opens to the living room, both sharing a cathedral ceiling. There is a workspace for those who need to get in some work while traveling with plenty of natural light. We are minutes from the Raleigh (RDU) airport, retail shops, restaurants, breweries, and fun. The master bedroom offers a king sized bed with a larger master bathroom with both a tub and standing shower. Once inside the bathroom you’ll also find a large walk-in closet to store all your belongings. The second bedroom with a queen bed and ample closet space has a door that opens into the guest bathroom with shower/tub combo. The guest bathroom is also accessible from the main space. In the kitchen you will find a Keurig Duo coffee machine to start (or end!) your day. There is a electric range/stove and a pantry where you will find basic cleaning supplies if you need to clean up spills. In the main living space you’ll find the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer. You will enjoy the office space that has a natures view of the back yard while you can read a book or catch up on work. PLEASE NOTE: The garage is off limits to guests and locked for owner storage. Guests may park one car in the driveway in front of the garage and one car on the opposite side of the street. Do not block other driveways. A maximum of two cars is permitted per stay at any time. Guests do not have access to the neighborhood amenities. You'll receive instructions for self-check in 3 days before you arrive. You can reach our property manager or one of our family members via the app if you need assistance; we're happy to help! Once you exit the neighborhood, you’re just a mile or so away from places to eat and shop such as Bad Daddy’s Burger Bar, Jersey Mike’s Subs, Starbucks, Harris Teeter, Tropical Smoothie Cafe and more! Looking for something fun to do? Located just a mile away, check out Frankie’s of Raleigh! They have mini-golf, go-karts, bumper cars, laser tag and so much more. No parties, no smoking.

From the moment we stepped inside we felt comfortable. The home was perfect for the three of us. It had everything we needed. The bedrooms are spaced out nicely. Love the layout of the home. Decorated so cute! The property Is close to everything! We will definitely stay here again if In The Raleigh area.

The home was nice, ok stay overall. Good location but a very noisy location to relax outside or sleep. Had to buy ear plugs to sleep. Sound from HWY 85 behind the home shook the house and was very intrusive. Owner was very responsive and couteous.

We needed a place to stay while moving our son down to College for his first year. This property is extremely clean. The beds are very comfortable. Master shower is incredible. It has every amenity you need; AC, Washer, Dryer, two full baths, coffee maker, microwave, stove, full size fridge. The interior is impeccable and modern. This property will definitely be our first choice any time we come to visit our son!! Thank you for everything!!

We enjoyed our stay. The house was clean and the neighborhood was nice. The only improvement suggestion would be for more comfortable furniture, especially in the living room. We all sat on the couch together because the two chairs are not suitable for relaxing in.

Great place, clean, great location. Only issue was that I didn’t receive the code for the door when we arrived after the check in time. I had to call someone to get the code. I finally got the email with the code a couple hours after we arrived. No big deal. It was handled properly.

This property was perfect for a girls trip - 2 of us. It’s a great community (we walked every morning) and centrally located to shopping, airport, etc. There’s a small patio in the back - just with there were chairs to sit and enjoy the outdoors. Only thing missing was tissues. I’d definitely return again.

The apartment is very clean, tastefully decorated and updated. The pictures show exactly what you get (no surprises). Previous reviews express concern about road noise (70 runs behind it), but it honestly wasn’t bad. Briar Creek has tons of food and shopping options should you need anything.
