Accommodations suitable for up to 10 guests. Ocean House 2801 is a wonderful place to relax, enjoy time with family, and get away from it all! Stepping inside, you'll find 1320 square feet of welcoming space to call yours during your next vacation in Gulf Shores, AL! In the living room, lounge around on one of the comfy couches, one pulls out into a sleeper bed for extra snoozing space, while you browse your favorite shows on the satellite TV. There is also a 6 chair dining set in the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The balcony can be reached directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with private bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers 4 twin size beds, bunk bed and twin with trundle, along with it's own private bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. When you want to step outside, you can enjoy the barbecue grills and beautiful beachfront pool. *****THE LOCATION***** Whether you are looking for an adventurous or relaxing vacation, location is everything and our location lets you pick your own adventure! You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, shopping at numerous boutiques and souvenir stores, and only minutes away from the Wharf, the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex and Tanger Outlet Mall. Other features of Gulf Shores include "The Hangout" home to the famous "Hangout Music Festival" where you get to listen to your favorite bands with your toes in the sand. Local eateries are so abundant that it will be a challenge to visit each one during a single vacation! We hope you consider staying with us where you enjoy the benefits of an inclusive travel destination with the modern conveniences of home. *****ADDITIONAL DETAILS***** * RENTAL AGREEMENT: Rental Agreement must be signed to receive Check-In Information. * AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $30 per vehicle and valid for 7 days. If you are staying more than 7 days, you will need to purchase another $30 pass. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. * WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras. * ABSOLUTELY NO PETS * ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING * CHECK-IN: After 4PM on the day your reservation begins. Early check-in is NOT possible. * CHECK OUT: Check out time is 10AM. Check out after 10AM will be charged for an additional day. * MONTHLY RENTALS: Available from November through February. Call for special monthly rates. * PROPERTY MANAGER: This property is managed by Sands of Alabama Vacation Rentals.

The Ocean House II was perfect for my family of 5. Plenty of sleep space. The bedrooms are spacious, didn’t feel crammed at all. The beach decor is fab. This condo had all the necessary features needed for a family. The views speak for themselves. Perfect location and easy to get to. Would definitely stay here again. Maybe next soccer tournament we will!

We love Ocean House condos. The location is great since it's a quieter, less busy section. Storms have eroded the beach but still good place. We stayed in this unit last year and noticed some things that need fixing (broken blinds, shower heads, light fixtures, etc). We sent a list of items to the mgmt company. Very enjoyable time.

We love Ocean House condos. The location is great since it's a quieter, less busy section. Storms have eroded the beach but still good place. This unit was awesome! Clean, spacious, and comfortable! It was perfect for 5 adults and an infant. Everyone had plenty of room! Can't wait to come back!

This property and experience was absolutely amazing! We had a beach view and it was fantastic. The space was great for our party of 8. Easy access to pool and beach! The only suggestion I have would be if there were chairs and umbrellas for the guests to use, it would have been an extra bonus! Aside from that, I would without a doubt rent this property again!

Great for 6-8 adults, excellent corner balconies front and rear views. Furniture is comfortable and modern.
