In the living room, lounge around on one of the comfy couches, one pulls out into a sleeper bed for extra snoozing space, while you browse your favorite shows on the satellite TV. There is also a 6 chair dining set in the dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen that includes granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, a drip-style coffee maker, and a Keurig machine. The master suite features a king bed, a spacious bathroom with a shower/tub combo. The balcony can be reached directly from the master bedroom. The second bedroom offers a queen bed along with private bathroom that offers a shower/tub combo. The third bedroom offers 4 twin size beds, bunk bed and twin with trundle, along with it's own private bathroom that offers a walk-in shower. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old. * PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. Parking passes are sold on property at the guard shack and must be purchased upon arrival. If you arrive after hours, you may purchase the parking pass when they're open in the morning. The cost is approximately $30 per vehicle and valid for 7 days. If you are staying more than 7 days, you will need to purchase another $30 pass. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property. * WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom.
