Phoenix recently made new policies to implement large fines if cops are called. Just please be respectful to the neighbors who have kids. Close the windows after 10pm and keep the noise inside. Tempe and Scottsdale have thousands of amazing Bars and Clubs right down the street- go party over there, that is what they are there for. Outside quite hours from 10pm to 9am.
