The property must be left clean and tidy upon departure. Please dispose of all trash and recycle appropriately. 7. The guest will be responsible for damaging the property beyond normal wear and tear. 8. The guest is responsible for their personal property and belongings. The owner is not responsible for any lost or stolen items. 9. Check-in time is after 4 pm, and check-out time is before 11 am.
