The 2nd level has 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with 2 king bedrooms and 2 queen bedroom. Each bed has luxurious, freshly cleaned linens. Each bathroom will have towels and amenities for our guests. The Entire House - Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians. - No smoking. - No loud exterior noise past 10pm. - Partying or unregistered guests will result in lease termination and immediate eviction. - We have a security system for your safety and ours, there are outdoor cameras facing the street and we have an alarm system which you will have access to upon reserving your stay.
