This classic mountain condo is full of rustic touches, with modern conveniences to keep you comfortable during your stay in the woods. Enjoy lovely neighborhood and forest views as you settle into the bedrooms, unmatched only by the wide view from the living room. The sizable full kitchen features a deluxe refrigerator and a breakfast bar. If you'd rather cook outside, there's a private gas grill. Board games are also provided for after-lake or post-skiing fun. In addition to everything at this home, guests can also enjoy access to the shared pool, hot tub, and more at the local clubhouse. There's just so much to enjoy! Things to Know Netflix and HBO streaming is available for guest use. Cable applies to the downstairs TV only. The main bedroom features a DVD player. When there are not a lot of people in town, the internet is high-speed. As the town fills up and people stream, the internet will ebb and flow This property is managed by Vacasa Nevada LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. Guests under 25 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. To begin when you walk in the front door you immediately feel like you are at home. The rooms and bathrooms were very clean. Home was pretty updated. We got to see snow fall for the first time through the big windows In the living room. The fireplace was cozy. Kitchen was stocked with every thing you would need to cook a meal for the family. Overall we enjoyed our stay and will most likely return early next year !

Perfect location. Nice and quiet but close to casino’s, stops etc. Never did figure out where pool and hot tub were but not that important. Clean and roomy.

Overall we loved this cabin . It was functional And close to town / beaches . Spacious for a family of 6 !

We loved our stay- only reason it didn't get a 5 start was the home was not equipped with basic cleaning supplies and extra toilet paper or paper towels and regular towels. We were making meals and it was hard to clean up the kitchen with no spray or towels to wipe up. It's a home so you would expect at least enough toilet paper for 5 people for a week. The cleaning supplies was a bummer because we had to spend money on basic cleaning on top of an expensive rental.

Our rental was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. It was the perfect location and nearby food and stores. No complaints about the Rental itself and everyone I spoke to over the phone at Vacasa was very nice. There was some confusion about the parking situation on whether or not we can park 2 cars on property. We ended up parking our second car off-site at a resort our friend was staying at just to be safe. I didn't know fore sure if we could park 2 cars onsite and we didn't want to risk getting a ticket or getting towed. It worked out fine but it was a bit frustrating.
