Welcome to lakefront vacationing at its finest. This ground floor 3 bedroom condo is one of only a few complexes directly on the shore of Lake Dillon - with uninterrupted, breathtaking views of the lake and the Rocky Mountains. Close to 5 world class ski areas and unlimited options for hiking at your fingertips, opportunities for outdoor adventures abound. Step outside to soak in the magic of the views from the comfortably furnished private patio which can be enjoyed year round. Then wander the shore of the lake or stroll over to the Dillon Marina with boat, paddleboard, and kayak rentals available in the summer. Biking and hiking trails abound. Cross-country skiing, sledding and snowshoeing are right outside your door in the winter. Continue up the hill to the Tiki Bar restaurant, an awesome playgorund, the Dillon Amphitheater, weekly farmer's market and several other restaurants in town. Enjoy the views from the recently updated open plan living space with a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen, comfortable lounge seating, a dining table for 6 plus counter seating for 3, and a 70" flat screen tv. The wood burning fireplace adds warmth and comfort on those cold winter nights. The two master bedrooms have brand new king size mattresses and all new linens and pillows as well as flat screen TVs. The third bedroom has a twin bed with a trundle and is the perfect spot for the kids to hide out, with games and craft materials to keep them busy when they're not playing in the grass (or snow!) right outside the patio. Enjoy the heated pool during summer/early fall months and the hot tub year round. One dedicated parking spot, with plenty of open parking is available and a secure ski closet is right outside the front door. Wifi, Smart TVs and an in-unit washer/dryer are available. Local ski resorts include: - Keystone 4 miles - Arapahoe Basin 11 miles - Breckenridge 13 miles - Copper Mountain 14 miles - Vail Ski Resort 32 miles **Please note that stairs are required to access this property** **Also note that while guests are not allowed to bring pets, owners do have dogs that visit the property. While we always have a thorough clean after, those with dog allergies may want to consider another unit.**

We were very happy with the condo. There was plenty of space for us and the three bedrooms was a huge bonus. The proximity to Keystone and Dillon was fantastic. The view of the mountains and Lake Dillon could not be matched. The one downside was that the hot tub was not working and didn’t appear to have been working in some time (snow was built up inside). Heather was very apologetic and reimbursed us for use of the Silverthorne Rec Center, but it was not the same as being able to soak in the hot tub after a long day skiing. However, Heather was very willing to try to make up for it. I would definitely stay again if the hot tub was up and running.

The property was everything in the description. Clean and had everything we could need to feel at home. The host was easily accessible with any questions or concerns. We had 6 adults (two young adults) - more than enough space and privacy for everyone. The kids bedroom doesn’t have its own thermostat so it was a bit chilly, but the property had more than enough extra blankets and pillows! Unfortunately, the hot tub was out of order (which was one of our preferred amenities), but it’s a community hot tub so no reflection upon the host who did communicate the day before. Definitely would recommend and stay again!

We loved staying here - in walking distance to the marina, amphitheater, and main town area. Great layout for a family and friends - the back porch was a great size, which was necessary because everyone was mesmerized by the view. We will be keeping this property on our list and hope to be back :)

Our family and another family of 4 stayed here for a week! The boys love to fish and the access to the lake right out the back door was perfect! The pool and hot tub were also enjoyed! The condo was clean and as described! Would stay again!

The photo in the listing does not do justice to the actual view of the water and marina. This ground floor unit may have the best water view in all of Dillon, CO. Every morning of our stay we watched a sailing class launch their boats, and kayakers and paddle boarders take off on the water from the rental hut across the way. It was colorful but serene---only the sound of hummingbirds and swallows flying by. A truly enchanting spot for morning coffee or an evening glass of wine!

We were in town for a family wedding and loved staying in this beautiful condo. The condo was lovely with plenty of space for us and more amenities than we had expected. The view of the lake and mountains was gorgeous. Heather was extremely responsive and helpful. Would absolutely stay again. Thank you!

We loved our stay. We found the condo well stocked, clean, and comfortable. We especially loved the location. Short drive to surrounding areas. We have been coming to Dillon for many years and now have a new place that we will return.

Our 2nd year in a row staying at this condo and we love everything about it! The condo is beautiful and the proximity to town is unbeatable. Even with some less than ideal weather, sitting on the deck and looking out over the lake is exactly what the soul needs. Thank you and we’d love to stay again!

We love the condo! We were coming up for a weekend wedding for our daughter. I were able to have the whole family over. And watching the Nuggets game on the big screen TV. The kitchen was beautiful and well equipped for all that we needed. I love just being able to walk out to Dillon reservoir. Thank you for letting us stay.

This condo was absolutely amazing! Everything that you could possibly need was available and the view was breathtaking. Central location to all the ski resorts and fast responses from the owners. I would highly recommend!

We had a nice time. It was pretty clean and everything was in pretty good order when we arrived. Only issue was a loose pipe under the kitchen sink that completely came apart during our stay. Furniture is dated but function all. Parking is tight but covered. Overall a good short term place to stay.

My friends and I stayed here while we skiied at Copper Mountain. Very pretty location and very nice place to stay. Close enough to Copper and Breckenridge for us to have lots to do. Also there's a grocery store not far either. The place was very nice and we had no problems with it. It was lovely waking up in the morning to the view from the big windows facing the lake and mountains.

I enjoyed my stay at this condo in Dillon. The accommodations were clean, and the view was amazing. There was an issue with the heat, and it was quickly resolved. I would stay here again.

This condo was great as far as the location, most communication with owner, supplies in condo. If you are looking for a “Pet Free” condo as described, this is not it. The first throw we used on one of our babies left dog hair all over everything! We washed it but did not come out. All of the throws were the same way. It even got all over our personal throws we used. Apparently, it was coming off of the area rug and furniture. We fought with dog hair in our clothes all week. Reached out to the owner and she said it was pet free other than she brings her dog when they stay in between renting it out. So, this is the only complaint we have. If you want a “Pet Free” condo, keep looking elsewhere. Would have appreciated a partial refund due to inaccurate description of condo but the owner has not responded regarding that. She seems like a decent person so we will see if she comes through for us.

We had a great family get together with some of us staying in this condo. It was perfect for us, great location to all we wanted to do. Very well stocked kitchen. Kids loved the pool, adults loved the terrace and views. Would highly recommend!

We loved waking each morning to the mountains changing colors! The condo was clean and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked with everything our cooks needed, including an assortment of cookware and spices. Our family made lots of priceless memories here walking along the lake, soaking in the hot tub, and sitting together on the patio. We hope to be back in the future!

Ideal lakeside getaway
This property was everything we expected and more! Beautiful home, fully furnished and so comfortable for our family getaway. Highly recommend!! The spacious deck walks out to the beach on Lake Dillon and there are beautiful vistas all around. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need.

Amazing Condo with beautiful views and great location!
We stayed for 2 nights it was amazing! We were able to walk to the Dillon Amphitheater in 15 minutes. Right on the water with beautiful views from the big patio and we walked out paddle boards right down from the house. The Kitchen was great and had everything you might need. The host was awesome and easy to communicate with. Would recommend this place for any occasion!

We LOVED this property! It was clean, spacious and so comfortable for our group. To be able to stay in the mountains and not fight I-70 ski traffic is great, but to stay in such a lovely place makes it even better! We would like to come back in the summer and bring our paddle boards since the place is right on the lake! Thanks!

We really enjoyed our stay at the property. It was very clean and well equiped kitchen.
The only improvement we'd love to see if more than one humidifier. Given the raidant heating, its incredibly dry in the bedrooms but an easy fix!

The location was central to all the ski resorts and an easy 5 minute drive to the grocery store or 10 minute walk. The view from the living room windows out to the lake and the mountains was a perfect spot to view both the sunrise hitting the mountains or seeing the sun set in the evening.
The Kitchen was well stocked if you like to cook or for the nights you want to head out there are many choice nearby to choose from. Our host Heather was very responsive to our every request from the time of booking, during our stay and followed up with us after to make sure we enjoyed our stay.
One of the gems of the area is the Silverthorne Recreation Center an 8 minute drive from the condo. The Rec Center offers day passes or longer and has great workout facilities and a awesome indoor pool with multiple options to keep everyone in the family entertained. Looking forward to returning again in the future. Thank you Heather for making our month in Colorado one we won't soon forget!

17 Ski Days in a Winter Paradise on Lake Dillon

The location was central to all the ski resorts and an easy 5 minute drive to the grocery store or 10 minute walk. The view from the living room windows out to the lake and the mountains was a perfect spot to view both the sunrise hitting the mountains or seeing the sun set in the evening.

Perfect condo!
This place was perfect for my family’s ski trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need, beds were comfortable, lots of adjustable seating, amazing view of Dillion lake and the mountains. I have nothing but praise for this place! We may come again in the summer!

The layout of the condo was lovely, having the bedrooms separate from the living space was great and each of the two larger bedrooms with their own bathroom. The views were UNMATCHED! Kitchen was well appointed, having pretty much everything we needed to cook dinner. Host was communicative & super friendly. Check-in & out was a breeze. HIGHLY recommend this condo, and we will definitely be coming back again in the future!

This condo was great - very clean, updated, and spacious. The furniture was better quality than what I usually see in vacation rentals. The kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. The porch and lake view were amazing and the location felt very secluded and quiet. The owner was great; she was able to accommodate a last minute special request that made things much easier for us. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful time staying at this condo on Lake Dillon. We were an easy distance to Frisco for dinner, as well as Summit & Eagle County ski resorts. We loved having the space to spread out and the breathtaking view of Lake Dillon each day. We had no issues and hope to return some day!
