Located just steps away from the beach, close to town attractions, including being a short 3 miles from Lovers Key State Park and 4.8 miles from Time Square. Upon entering your condo on the seventh floor, a corner unit, step into the open plan kitchen, dining and living areas and out to the balcony with its panoramic views of the beaches and Gulf of Mexico. There is wood flooring throughout, with tile in the bathroom. The fully equipped kitchen is nestled to the left upon entry, with beautiful granite countertops accented by corner European style kitchen sink. All appliances are stainless-steel and include a dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer, glasstop range with oven and built-in above-range microwave oven. Everything is available to prepare full course meals if so desired. The dining area has a glasstop table seating four. This flows into the living area which has a queen-size sleeper-sofa for additional sleeping for 2 guests if needed, a coffee table and a cozy corner sitting area. Opposite the sofa is a credenza with large flat screen TV. Sliding glass doors provide access out to the furnished balcony overlooking the resort grounds and Gulf of Mexico. The well-appointed bedroom has a king-size bed, night stands and lamps, double dresser and corner desk with chair and windows opening out on two sides where its gulf views everywhere you look. A floor to ceiling folding door affords privacy should guests be present. A full bathroom with Jacuzzi tub and shower adjoins, with full vanity and walk-in closet. The Estero Beach and Tennis Club provides a plethora of amenities for your enjoyment, including tennis and pickleball courts and plenty of parking. Additionally, for your convenience, a coin-operated laundry facility is available at the ground level, ensuring hassle-free accommodations throughout your stay.
