This 5,270 sq. ft., two-story private, well-designed, and peaceful home has many places for you and your family or guests to rest, play games, swim, relax in the spa, dine al fresco, and enjoy amazing views. Enter and find yourself in a spacious living room that sports an air hockey table and a fireplace, as well as a seating cluster from which to enjoy views. A family room with floor-to-ceiling windows just off the kitchen offers a large flat-screen TV, a fireplace, and lots of comfortable seating options. There is a separate dining room for eight with easy access to the outside areas. A beautiful chef’s kitchen has everything you need to create meals and snacks for your family. There is also a breakfast table with seating for four and high-top seating at the kitchen bar. Another bar here has additional high-top seating - making it easy for everyone to eat together inside; just add the food and have fun. A small guest bedroom with an en suite bath on the main floor is perfect for anyone who cannot navigate stairs. There is also a half-bath on this main floor.
