We all had a great time and the house was beautiful. Only thing for us, more of it being personal preference, that there was not curtains or blinds in the living room area. Little uncomfortable having people see your movements in the night time. Otherwise, everything was as described and it was way better in person than in the pics.

This is one of the cleanest properties we have ever stayed at. Very well maintained and a perfect space for our 2 families that included 8 people.

our family of 5 stayed there and it was perfect … a very beautiful, clean place with every amenity you would need … also, you are just minutes away from the Jet Express Ferry to visit the islands … the owners are very responsive and are really great people … my youngest actually left her iPad there and they overnighted it to us and wouldn’t even let us pay them for doing it … I would definitely recommend staying here!!

Check in was easy. House was very clean. Kitchen has all the things you need if you are eating in. Pool was nice. Hot tub wasnt really hot. Location is perfect!! Close to downtown area and restaurants. Only downfall is you can hear the traffic because its close to the road.

S some things I think you should consider for the future include number one lighting. The lighting in every room is not very bright. The bedrooms are extremely dark and the front room is dark in the evenings. Either the bulbs need to be a bigger wattage or you should consider more lamps and lights, secondly there needs to be blinds on the front window. I understand we’re on the second floor, but I felt that there was little to no privacy once the sun went down. Third, I wish you would consider putting a very small hand rail between the kitchen and bedrooms. We had one actual fall, and one almost fall from family members who didn’t see those two little steps. A small handrail would be a good visual. Reminder there are steps. I in the bathrooms I think there should be at least one shelf near where the electric plugs are. There was nowhere to sit blow dryers with toothbrushes and everything else on one sink. I also wish that there was at least at least one shelf if not more in the bedrooms for clothing to be able to be put on the closet was sufficient for one person’s clothes the other person used the empty bed. Two of us had CPAP machines and had nowhere to sit them. So one person put theirs on the spare bed on the bottom and I actually use my suitcase standing upright to put my CPAP on corner shelf unit would’ve been helpful.

This property afforded our family a wonderful accommodation and location to enjoy a Lake Erie vacation. The home accommodated three families. It was very clean with comfortable beds/couches. The hosts provided plenty of comforts to make the stay easy especially bed linens. The kids enjoyed the pool very much. Also there is a small beach access that offers some swimming as well. Highly recommend the stay at this location.
