This fantastic 3-bedroom 3 bath sits directly on the beach and is a corner unit with amazing views for morning coffee and afternoon relaxation on the balcony. Extensive amenities include game room with pool tables; exercise room facing the Gulf; beautiful outdoor pool; hot tub; indoor swim-through pool; and sauna. This condo sleeps 8. · Master bedroom - King bed - Private bath · 2nd Bedroom - Full bed and twin bunk beds - Private bath · 3rd Bedroom - King bed - Shared bath The beautifully decorated master bedroom has a balcony overlooking the water. There is a full bathroom next door to the third bedroom. The sleeping capacity for this unit is 8. The dining table seats 6 and the bar seats 4. The open spacious floor plan allows optimal family gathering and entertainment. The kitchen is beautifully decorated with modern appliances and everything you need to make memorable family meals. There's even a full size washer and dryer It is beautifully decorated with views from every room including the lagoon. Includes a full kitchen with everything you need to cook for the family. Very comfortable and spacious living and dining area and all bedrooms include TVs. Bedrooms are setup as follows: master BR - king bed; second BR - king bed; third bedroom- queen bed and bunks. *Parking passes are required for a fee. Two vehicle limit per condo. Only two parking passes per reservation . **2 MONTH MINIMUM LENGTH OF STAY FOR WINTER GUESTS** **NO SMOKING ON THE BALCONY. There is a designated smoking area downstairs near the parking lot. We had a fantastic time with our families and the property exceeded our expectations! We had two very minor maintenance issues that management dealt with immediately! The only major problem we encountered was that one of the elevators was out twice during our stay. This will not hinder us from booking again next year!!

We loved the lay-out of the condo, 3 beds and 3 baths fit our needs. The top quilts on the beds needs to be laundered. The floors had not been mopped. The master bathtub did not drain well. The kitchen was stocked with what we needed. Great views to watch fireworks. The beach wagon and chairs were nice.

We’ve been going to OB and Gulf Shores for years. First time at Crystal Shores and we were very happy with this condo. Location is great and parking is no problem. Biggest rub on the whole week was that this place has 2 elevators and they are constantly busy! There was even a day when they were down to 1 elevator and it was frustrating everyone in the building. Something you need to consider when it’s 100° outside and standing by an elevator for up to 20 minutes and then it’s packed when the door finally opens. Outside of that everything was great, condo had amazing views and felt like home.

We enjoyed our stay at the condo. It was clean and the beach was wonderful - much less crowded than in other places we've stayed. Check-in was super easy. We would return.

We had the best week. Amazing property that was clean and loaded with everything you could need. (Ladies Bring a blow dryer) We had absolutely no complaints. We visited at a very busy time (spring break) but never felt crowded. Tons of parking and beautiful beaches. Would definitely recommend and return. We traveled with 3 adults and 3 teens. Many enjoyed it. We spent all our time on the beach. The condo had plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys. No umbrella that I saw but you can rent one from Ike’s if you need to. They are set up right outside the condo for rentals.

Staff was great! We had to change our travel plans last minute because of Ian. Condo was clean, pictures of condo were accurate, views were the show stopper! We lived on the balcony!Loved how close to the water we were. We were very close to the pier. We were minutes away from restaurants, shops, boat rides. Loved everything about it. Well worth the 10 hour drive. Hope to come back next year! 2 things I will mention that has nothing to do with the rental...1. The pool is only 4 ft deep. 2. You have to pay for parking if you have more than 1 vehicle.

We enjoyed staying at this property. The positives were many: The kitchen was well stocked with extra flatware, dishes and cooking utensils. The refrigerator was cool when we arrived, and all the appliances were easy to use. It was wonderful to have smart TV's in each room. The decor was tasteful, and the furniture was clean and comfortable. The bedspreads were clean and new and a closet full of beach items. The view was fabulous, and the balcony furniture was great to sit on and enjoy the views. The pool was great for smaller children to play. Our family would stay at this property again if available.

Wonderful condo in great location
We rented a condo at Crystal Shores West this past week. The condo was wonderful, clean, and spacious. It’s a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner unit with a large balcony overlooking the ocean. It was easy to book, and they provided all the checking in and out information that we needed. They also text us to make sure the condo was of our liking and that we didn’t have any problems. The thing that I was MOST impressed with was their housekeeping service and let me tell you why… We packed up and loaded the truck yesterday morning to come home. My husband was rushing me and my son told me that he checked the entire condo and we were good to go, so I took his word for it and we left. When we got home, the housekeeping staff contacted me and said we had left items behind. I asked what it was…my ENTIRE SUITCASE!! I left it in the closet of the master bedroom. Thank goodness our friends were staying downstairs in another unit and they were still there. The housekeeping supervisor delivered my suitcase to our friends condo this morning! I am so very pleased and thankful for these honest people!! Thank you Sunset Properties and the entire housekeeping staff!!! You guys are a blessing!

The condo is fantastic. Very clean, AMAZING view, beautifully decorated, and convenient location! We forgot beach toys for the kiddos and to our surprise there were some in the closet! The bed were all very comfortable! Plenty of dishes, towels, and pillows for everyone! Will most definitely be renting again!

Amazing Property!
The condo is fantastic. Very clean, AMAZING view, beautifully decorated, and convenient location! We forgot beach toys for the kiddos and to our surprise there were some in the closet! The bed were all very comfortable! Plenty of dishes, towels, and pillows for everyone! Will most definitely be renting again!

Having only one operating elevator was terrible! This is a huge complex and waiting so long, especially when lots of us having to arrive and leave at the same time was awful! Someone who stays here every here said both elevators never work. Someone else said they called and asked right before they came if both were working and were told yes. They were very upset at the blatant lie. We then heard by the office staff the other elevator would be working by Memorial weekend. Spring break is a very busy time so not to have it working was terrible. The stairwells were dirty and trash, a kitchen towel, and other debris were there our entire stay.
Our condo itself was very nicely decorated, updated and the furniture and bedrooms were nice and perfect for our family's needs. Lots of nice amenities such as a margarita maker, cappuccino machine, plenty of dishes, utensils, beach wagon etc.......all very nice. Would’ve been nice to have the instruction pamphlets to the small appliances. The condo floor was very sandy when we arrived. The perimeters and corners of the rooms were not vacuumed well. There were things under the couch and chairs that should have been removed. A shampoo bottle behind the dresser, a grocery bag under a bed all examples of poor cleaning. The bathtub stops did not work and one bathroom was missing one altogether. The bathroom throw rug in one was dirty and clearly not properly washed. We did not have sufficient towels and washcloths in two of the three bathrooms and had to call management to get additional.

Loved the sand wagon and sand toys. We typically don't have room for that in the car and don't want to spend money on buying that stuff when we wouldn't use it at home so it was so great to have it to use:) Loved the views from EVERY door and window! It wasn't super tidy when we arrived but we could look passed that. We would most likely return to this condo again in the future.
